About noon the next day i called,and again got the voicemail. Not too long after that a woman called me. She was pleasant and I asked her several questions about the truck I was interested in. She sent me pictures and videos of the truck. I live a little over 900 miles away. After days of texts, and securing funds at my bank, I gave them a legitimate cash offer. The lady said she would let her boss know and get back with me. That was 6 days ago. phone calls, texts, and emails have gone unanswered. My only guess is, they didn't want to sell me a truck they knew was not going to make the long trip back home. It only had 57000 miles on it and should have been mechanically sound, as the assistant said. I wouldn't do business with these folks now if they were giving away vehicles. Buyer BEWARE!!!!

However, numerous items failed on the vehicle that Circle T told us they had checked, repaired, and/or replaced, including the brake line. The owner agreed to help cover the cost of repairs, then came back once the work was done and said he had never agreed to any of the repairs. It is a shame, as they seemed to be a really honest dealership when we first dealt with them. Very disappointing.

We located the Sales person (Greg, friendly guy) who gave us the keys for a test drive. The touch screen didn't seem to work properly so we brought it to the attention of Greg. Of course it worked when he tried it. We asked about the Factory warranty but (since there were none offered by the dealership) he wasn't aware if the car was still under a Factory warranty so we called the nearest Cadillac dealership to find out. It seemed that it had a very good warranty remaining on it so we went ahead with the purchase. It's my opinion that information about warranties is information that a Sales person should be aware of. Other than the usual paperwork the purchase went smoothly. If I had one word of advice to Sales people. When a potential customer walks (specially a woman) into your office. It's always appropriate to stand up, introduce yourself and shake their hand. That's a common curtesy in Texas.

I just had the best service experience at Steele Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram Service department that…read moremade my Monday a complete success! I'm from Dripping Springs TX and had a problem. The young lady at the Service desk greeted me with a smile and a happy attitude. She directed me to the Parts Department while she went (completely volunteer) to get a picture of my VIN number to further assist the Parts Dept. Manager. I chatted with the service employees about what I thought the problem was with my front license plate holder. Another service tech entered the discussion and informed me that my analysis was wrong. He showed me the real problem - it was the holder itself was broken which required a new plate holder. Parts manager immediately checked the inventory (thanks for the VIN) and Steele had one in stock! I bought the part, Steele gives retired military a discount, and was ready to leave. The service tech says he would be glad to replace the holder for me. Each of the employees thanked me for my military service (29 Years active duty USAF - Viet Nam through Desert Shield) . I told them they were worth all those years and they just proved it with their expertise and assistance! I'm hitting 79 years of age and the Steele employees just reinforced my hope for the future! I informed them that I had that particular filter replaced only 2 weeks prior at half the cost. I then asked a passing manager if it was standard practice for the service dept to deceive customers like that. I can only guess that when he went back to the service area he said something because following that the disrespect I was given was off the charts. It was to one point when I was trying to speak to the service mgr he got up from his desk and quickly began approaching me. As a senior citizen and female I felt threatened. I would NOT recommend the service area at this dealership. The female attendant was very rude and downright hateful.On a completely different note the female attendant dressed sloppy, was hardly ever at her desk, and at one point she belched so loud I thought a grown man entered the waiting area. There is another female attendant and she is amazing unfortunately I had to deal with the dark hair person. my opinion, if you can go to San Marcos or any other service dept and bypass Steele service do it.

He picked up my car less than 2 hours later, and towed it all the way to the transmission shop in Houston, right to their door. Then? He dropped me off at my house. Excellent service.
