My instincts kicked in because something wasn't right and I go across the street and ask him where his boss literally the second he got across the street and he said he "left. I again ask who's the boss and Henry tells me he is the boss. So he basically lied to me. Then proceeds to try to lie again and tells me the same story and then makes up that he tries to tell this guy that IPhones do that with the flash. I called the number he gave me and it's his number (Henry). NEVER will I ever go to this judgy place and even if I was taking pictures of the car wash it's a PUBLIC place ! I haven't been disrespected nor has anyone been mean to me but I bought a 2019 Ford F-150 3 months back and have had nothing but issues. I got a mopar 1 year 12k mile warranty and was told take your truck to any dodge dealer if you have any issues and they will take care of you, this was their way of making me feel comfortable when I asked if my mechanic could look at it for one day. but when I tried the dodge dealer they say the only thing they service is dodge not any other make. When I looked at the truck I knew it had cosmetic damage. Some clear coat missing on the hood as well as 2 really small dents in the driver door. But my salesman told me that everything mechanical was sound and was really confident about that. Whenever I test drove it I noticed the mirror was really Wobbly and pointed it out to the salesman and he said that it was normal. Also I had to move stuff from storage to my house and the tail gate wouldn't work not only did I have to rent a U-Haul trailer I had to spend $500 to get my tailgate fixed because no dodge dealer ship will work on my truck even though they gave me a MOPAR (Dodge) warranty and I had to spend almost $300 to fix my mirrors witch was in fact not normal. And ever since I've had the truck the front end has been clicking really loud occasionally whenever I turn left or right.. To get suspension and alignment done is insanely expensive and was quoted 1200 for parts and labor! Now I have to pay that out of own pocket due to some salesman and finance manager trying to meet his mark this dealer is very disingenuous and only care about making their sale.

SCAMMER Richard is…read morea scammer. I would never go here again. I sent my wife with two trailer wheels to get the tires replaced. He takes advantage of people in bad situations over charging and makes up lies to try and cover his a$$. I called around to multiple competitors the next day and found pricing from $70-$105 a tire. He charged me $389.87 for two tires. I will be disputing the charges with my cc company after he would not be a man and settle this before I had to turn him in.
