I picked up some treats for my family including pecan butter tarts, lemon tarts and a Nutella roll. There are way too many options to decide on. They also have day old items at 50%. There is ample parking but the location is great for locals or if you are in the neighborhood of manor park or are at the aviation museum

We also picked up a chocolate coconut square bar and it was FANTASTIC, melt in your mouth, buttery, goodness. Lastly, we picked up some fresh garlic garlic bread, which was white bread, with olive and garlic baked on top. It was heaven, and I will admit, I ate half of it already. The atmosphere was inviting. The bakery is pretty inside with their goods on display. They have cookies (most are $9.75 for 6, with fancier ones $6 each), squares ($3.95 - $4.95 each) and loaves ($12 - $14). I've only ever had their cookies, which are delicious. They have regular cookies as well as vegan varieties. They also have gluten-free cookies, but those are not made by them, they are from Wendel's True Foods. My mom loves their shortbread cookies. They are rich and buttery and not too sweet. Service was friendly and efficient. Parking is free but limited. They have 2 spots designated for their customers. Other spots in the industrial park are designated for other businesses, and I didn't see any "free for all" spots.

I'm not gluten-free, but try to be gluten-reduced, so liked that they had lots to chose from. They had a basket of day-old baked goods that were reduced 50% off. I figured that would be a good way to try several different items inexpensively. No prices were listed on anything (neither regular priced items nor discounted items), so I just took a leap of faith and picked up 3 prepackaged bags. I got a bag of 2 gluten-free chocolate chip cookies, a bag of 2 gluten-free raspberry oatmeal squares and a bag with a gluten-free muffin in it (I couldn't tell what flavour it was by looking at it, but later discovered it was banana). All that for $6.75 taxes included. The cookie was a bit crumbly and dry, but not bad. It wasn't too sweet despite having a lot of chocolate chips in it, which I appreciated. The oat square was also a bit dry, but I still enjoyed it. Again it wasn't overly sweet. The banana muffin was really dry and my least favourite of my purchases. Note that it did not have nuts in it, so perhaps good for those with nut allergies and like banana muffins, as most banana muffins tend to have nuts in them, at least from my experience. Staff were very friendly. The bakery is co-located with a florist. It's super cute inside. Looks like a down-to-earth neighbourhood bakery and not a frou-frou place. I will have to return and try some fresh goods to see if the texture is better ;) There is a parking lot on site for the bakery and neighbouring businesses, but it looked pretty full when I was there. They also had S'mores bars when I was there (for $6.15). If you buy more than 6 there's a bit of a discount. I got the Campfire stuffed cookie. It's essentially a S'mores cookie. The marshmallow was super gooey and delicious. The chocolate was a smooth dark chocolate. The cookie was rich and buttery. I enjoyed the cookie, but $6 for a cookie is too spendy for my budget. Staff were friendly and patient. Since it was my first time there they explained the different types of cookies they have and the pricing. It's strictly a bakery, so takeout only. Sopping wet, flavourless dense cake with the most bland frosting I've ever tasted, and somehow even the strawberry filling tasted like the juice at the bottom of a recycling bin. It genuinely tasted like they forgot to add sugar to the cake at all. I had one bite from it and the rest had to be thrown out. Save yourself the $100 and just bake your own cake. Or just have nothing, that would honestly be better.

I like that everything I get her is celiac. I didn't know vegan could taste this good. It is definitely a treat and not something I would treat myself to everyday. We grabbed two of the butter tarts and they were super nice, boxed everything for us and then put it into a paper bag. Wow, the raisin butter tarts were amazing! I usually personally do not like butter tarts, but wow, the crust was so flakey, full and buttery. I couldn't get enough of it.
