Today I called to get a receipt to get reimbursed by my company and they are now saying I gave them the wrong email address. Absolutely ridiculous! They emailed me a few times and I received their emails. Now they have no record of me. Needless to say, they have no record of my account albeit, they charged my account $100. They didn't try to help at all, just kept repeating that they don't have my email address on file. If you need the headache, then deal with them. I personally will call someone else in the future!
