On one occasion we had a new radiator installed. After several weeks the plastic shroud that goes around the radiator came loose from the frame caught the new radiator only 4 - 5 months old and put a hole in it. We drove the vehicle and they put it up on the lift so we could in spect, the mechanic had fixed an oil leak on the valve covers and put in new plugs, tires and Bush's sent it out for detailing and frankly it drove and smelled like a new one (except for that burnt oil smell which after a month has pretty much gone away). Staff was nice and as with any used car it's a crap shoot but they did a very good job at bringing a 2007 Nissan Murano SE Touring edition back to Life with 132,000 miles. We LOVE it but miss the pickup, but felt very comfortable with the quality of preparation work done by Bush's Motors so five stars!

I made an appointment and dropped my car off the day prior and used their key drop off. They diagnosed the car the next day and already got my new tires on before the morning was up. The first step before anyone does an alignment is to do a quick check on all the connection joints that affect a wheel alignment. They said that I need to have the ball joint replaced. Ok, I wanted to do that work myself. What was disappointing is they said the $55 for the time looking at the car, wouldn't be deducted from the $125 charge for the frontend alignment when I return. In the front end alignment write up, they indicated it included the inspection of front end components. Very sketchy!
