Thankfully all animals made it out alive and well but the brakes on my Jeep did not. Because I am partially disabled I needed a repair shop that was close to our hotel in Osseo. Loft Service is right behind the Super 8 we stayed at. I called Friday morning & was told that they were booked solid for the day but if I could leave the Jeep all day, they would look at it as soon as they could. Within an hour they called to tell me that not only had the brakes been destroyed, but also both front tires were ripped up as well as a ball joint. I was quoted that the repairs would be around $1,000 and they could have it completed by 2 or 3 pm. Having really no other choice I agreed. I received a call shortly after 2 pm that the repairs were completed. The price was well below what they quoted me & the Jeep drives like a dream! There are not enough positive words in the English language to use in regards to the service I received! They were packed for the day & managed to squeeze my vehicle in to get us back on the road without any delays. They explained what needed to be done & what could happen if the repairs were not all completed when I asked. And though they quoted high, they came in lower on the cost. I cannot thank them or praise them enough for saving the trip! I HIGHLY recommend Loft Service to everyone in or passing through the Osseo, WI area!!

When we turned the Truck on the horn would not stop honking we drove it to the Ford Dealership as the horn was still going off to see if they could help us because we couldn't get ahold of the owner of the shop. The dealership didn't know what was going on so they unplugged the horn. The next morning we went in to talk to them and the owner told us that they never even worked on anything to do with the steer which was not true as they fixed the steering gear box, he then said that his female tech said the horn was going off when we brought it in ( which was not true, we never had a issue with the horn). The owner then said he had to think about this and would get back to us. When he did get back to us he said we would have to pay for the part, we did not agree to that as they broke the clock spring not us, he then proceeded to say that this female tech didn't hear the horn ( like they said at first) he said she seen the airbag light come on ( which it does when you first start the Truck and then turns off. They still have yet to remedy this problem. Just a heads up not to take your vehicle in to this shop, very unethical and doesn't care how your vehicle is treated.

I checked my bank, they charged me an additional $27.13. I called the company within the same hour. They said it was for a credit card charge. No where on the receipt does it say that, not did the man who towed my bus mention that. After telling them this they agreed to refund my card. A few days later I received a phone call from a man at this business stating a lady tried to refund my card of the over charged but she didn't know what she was doing. He told me he would take care of this. I emailed this company yesterday, got no response. I would never deal with this company again nor trust them with my credit card.

We'll that's just not going to work for someone like me who on average puts between 400-600 miles on a car per day sometimes more so keep in mind that if you need them to warranty anything dont expect to be able to go to work if you work out of state or need to put miles on a car their loaners are bullshit. The owner personally came out and conducted the most thorough inspection (in comparison to the other two shops); they scheduled my service the following week (in comparison to one of the other shops that said I couldn't get in for another 6-8 weeks); the communications throughout the process both email and phone calls were prompt and responsive; the repairs were completed within the timeframe anticipated; and they worked directly with my insurance company to manage the payment for services.
