Recently took my car in for window washing and vacuuming. The vacuuming was good but she only wiped the inside of the front window none of the others and the window is all smeared now. I wanted the windows cleaned because I am making multiple trips with my husband to the Portland VA - will not be going back had to pay $60. Owner called me a "fucking idiot" , after telling me that people like me shouldn't have Christian Bible verses on their Facebook. (Why are you looking me up?) I was told I harassed his employees - I swore and yelled at them. The owner first came in w 6 other employees behind him, as to intimidate me. Then let's me know he's recording. From there we never looked at my car, or at the horrible job that was not done the day before. I literally paid $160 for a detailing of the interior and got a vacuum. And a berating. The owner continued to yell at me stating I harassed his employees ect. The second he stopped recording me is the very moment OF COURSE he said the comments about my Facebook and calling me a "Fucking Idiot". He let me know how sorry he feels for me. He told me I am a scammer. He also called me a racist as I walked out. This man who's belittling me when I just wanted a resolution, can't even work his own computer system, the car wash was again broken down, and alllll the cameras recording me that he repeatedly pointed out were obviously not in working order. He says they have audio so if they do he can replay it and hear himself say what he called me loud and clear in the main lobby/ waiting room. And if he truly believes he's the best as he stated in my recording. Well I feel even worse for you. I have before and after pics of my car. Plus video taken right after I was called a "Fucking Idiot" in his business. All in all I received a refund but I still have a car that needs to be detailed. I took my 2018 vehicle in for detail. They had cleaned the inside and outside a few weeks before with no issues. They tore my leather seats! I went back in to talk with the owner. He was rude and abrasive saying "we didn't do it!" before he even saw the damage. I asked him to stop yelling at me. So high strung. He finally said he would pay for the damage on the front seat but not the back. I wish I had read the reviews prior to taking my car there. read more

I was here today and highly recommend. I did the wash and vacuum for $28 which is offered on Thurs and Fri. They even spent extra time on my bumper that had grime from an accident at no charge. Not usually one to do this but after my experience the other day I felt that I needed to. I went in for a wash on my truck. I was greeted by what looked to be a teenager who was extremely friendly and was quick and got me on my way with a kind farewell. When I got home and got out to look at my vehicle first thing I noticed is that my truck was far from clean. Not just one spot but all over. But, I just thought oh well no biggy its better than what it was. However I did notice that there were 3 very large straight scratch marks. 2 on the hood and one on the passenger side body. This is the first vehicle I have worked hard to buy and it was a brand new 2018 Colorado that I got in January. I take very good pride in my truck and I had never noticed the scratch marks on my vehicle before so I thought let me go back and just chat with them and see maybe they have had complaints from other people recently and something is going on with the wash or someone used a dirty rag/brush. When I get inside I and am greeted by the same kid who says hey weren't you in earlier. I told him yeah and when I got home I had noticed a few scratch marks I was wondering if I could speak to someone. He goes and gets their Chief Operating Officer and is telling him what I had told him behind the pillar when all of a sudden he stops the kid mid sentence after saying 3 scratch marks and tells him in a very stern and impolite tone to "Shut the fuck up." More followed but he then went to a whisper that I couldn't hear. As he comes around the corner he seems irritated and pissed off and had a smirk on his face which was very unpleasant. I told him what I had said and he says lets go look at it. When I show him my truck he continually tells me there is no way that the machine and the way it works could cause these scratches and no way a worker could have done it either. I tell him all i know is my truck was fine before I came in and it wasn't after. I could tell he was quite annoyed and it was pretty obvious he was talking down to me because he probably knew better and saw me as a young adult that knows nothing. After a while of going around in circles he says come around the front and one of my detailing guys will try to buff it out and I could tell it was just to end the conversation not to make the customer happy. Detailing guy buffs out the scratches and they are no longer visible and I was super appreciative. The guy then asks me when did I get a car wash that this happened. I say today which he says your car is still really filthy and then wipes the whole thing down by hand and gives me a free clean for the future. Now going into this and writing this I was not trying to get anything in return. It was just a situation where something I worked hard for and love got damaged and I just felt the need to talk to someone and have them hear me out. I wasn't trying to get them to fix the damages and figured they would only do so if they had other complaints around the same time. The young kid and the detail worker easily got 5 stars for the attitude and work But I can not get over the way their boss talked to a young kid by cursing at him when he was just telling him what was going on and then the way he talked to me and presented himself. I went in to get a quick wash and the employee that helped me was friendly, but his manager started yelling and swearing at him because he did something wrong. I thought it was rude to scream at your employee in front of a customer - hostile work environment! I went into the car wash and it was stopped twice and the whole time I could hear the manager screaming at his employee, which didn't help my anxiety...I was stuck in a car wash with some dude screaming that something was wrong. Stressful, felt sorry for the employee, and wasn't worth the $ paid. Won't be going back. read more

Horrible experience with the business owner, I had my truck damaged, I was shouted at, and treated disrespectfully. When I initially went into the car wash it had broken down and was told by an employee that it happens frequently because it's old and was given a free voucher which at first I thought was great. On 10/21/15 I went in to have my truck washed and during the general scrub down one of the employees broke my passenger side mirror. After the wash I parked and verified that indeed it was broken and not just loose. I walked in and was told that the supervisor wasn't in, but was going to be in the next morning. They took down my information and I went about my day. The following morning I stopped by and was told that Ryan wasn't in. I gave him a call and he told me he would be in after 1 PM. At about 1:30 PM I stopped by and Ryan still wasn't in, I gave him a call and my call got forwarded. An employee told me that the owner Armand Borde was in and took me to him. The employee told Armand the jist of the situation and left. Armand reluctantly walked to my truck, messed with the mirror, and tried to pull it down in a sad attempt to make it stay. Then he said that the reason it broken was because my truck was old and that he wasn't going to pay for the damage, then started to walk away. I then said that it was one of his employees that broke it. To which he turned around and shouted that he didn't care, and that he wasn't going to pay for it. He did this at a distance of about only 2 ft away from me, and proceeded to walk away, get into his truck and take off. After Armand left I walked into the business and asked an employee for the owners name to which I was repeatedly asked why I wanted to know his name. The employee then said that he was going to ask a supervisor if he could give me his name. After that employee left, the employee that initially helped me and took me to Armand gave me his name. Over the time span of 4 days, I had my vehicle damaged, had poor customer service, was shouted at by the owner himself! And plain treated disrespectfully. I will never return there and recommend that anyone looking for a carwash or any auto detailing go elsewhere. You won't get the "superior customer service" that they boast about on their website. read more

Do your research first! Google Carcraft Albany owners & it will pull up history & complaints about this business. If your car is damaged in anyway, owner will not pay for damages. My husband just took his truck thru the car wash & it tore half his running board off. Immediately showed the manager & spoke with the owner who refuse to do anything. After making the complaint on their website, the owner immediately deleted it, but did say he would be willing to get parts from a junk yard & fix it himself. Like we would trust him to fix anything. Paid $25 for full service exterior wash and interior clean/vacuum. Service was polite. It took about 30 minutes. I brought it in at 4:45 on a Sat afternoon. The vacuum job was sub par. They didn't vacuum the seats or under the floor mats well. I had to ask them to do it again, whey they did without a problem. The full service didn't include wiping surfaces inside the vehicle, so it still looked a bit dirty. I realize there's a big difference between a regular clean and a detail, but they didn't t even do a decent job on the regular clean first pass. After I asked them to fix, they put a different guy on it and he did a thorough job. Sorry to say, I can't recommend this place. read more

This place used to be awesome, now it's just become a sad ripoff. Two years ago we bought their Xmas package and loved it....detail and several car washes. Bought it again last year and the price had went up and now instead of a detail it was $110 towards a detail. Finally took the car in this week and it was $190 for the detail and they didn't do a very good job....white buffer marks down the sides...lots of areas left untouched. I expected better, certainly after doubling the price. They have definitely seen the last of my business. read more

I see a lot of negative reviews, but my experience was good. I took my wife's car here and they cleaned it inside and out, it looked way better than when we brought it in. I was very happy. They were obviously really busy. Their prices are really good for what you get. I have friends in Seattle/Redmond that would love a place like this but don't have access to it. read more

I've normally had a good experience here until today, unfortunately. What I did like, was that they make full service car washes available by appointment now so that cuts down on wait time. The owner told me he was remodeling in his office so his waiting area/lobby was kind of a mess. He apologized for that and it didn't really bother me. He wasn't wearing a mask though so I didn't feel comfortable waiting indoors in a small space like that. I asked to take a chair outside to wait and he said it was fine. The young lady that was supposed to be cleaning my car drove it around by where I was waiting and I know she didn't expect me out there because she was using her phone while driving my car. We made eye contact and she tried to put the phone down quick. Too late. I went inside to let the owner know she was using her phone while driving my car and he seemed irritated with her and said "They just don't get it. It's not their business so they don't care." And he went outside to speak with her which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I didn't hear from him again. No follow up or how can I make this right. Someone else seemed to finish the job and he drove my car to me, unmasked. You're in my vehicle, windows up, unmasked in a pandemic. So disappointing. The cleaning job they did was what I asked for, but the service and no mask wearing was disappointing. read more

This place is a stunning combination of slow, dirty and rude. If it were not the only available place in the area I would never go here. The finished product is good but not worth it. Actual employees cussing and yelling at each other in front of customers, no one has ever made eye contact with me here or even offered to open the door when customers are struggling with their arms full, or using a cane for example. I bought my husband a full detail on his truck. He was so excited about his baby looking new again. When he went in to schedule his apt and after 30 seconds of meeting the owner he realized what an ass he is. He was rude and arrogant. If not for the gift certificate he would have left. Unfortunately it only get worse from here. When he returned after getting the detail completed je was hoping to see his truck looking beautiful ....instead he saw that the complete bottom half was not even washed. The "wax" they used stained the plastic all over the rig. Instead of wax it looked like motor oil wiped all over the truck, wet and oily to the touch it was even pooling in the low spots. He never left the pavement from the detail shop to our house and by the time he got home there was so much dust stuck to the truck it looked like he had been driving down a rock road for an hour.
