Brought my 2007 Subaru in to have the tint removed and replaced from the back windshield, that's been on there probably as long as the car has existed. Removing this old tint proved to be very difficult, but George went above and beyond in being patient with the job making sure to get it all removed properly! I would not recommend. The first day when the appointment was I showed up and no one was there. I call and they say they are running behind. I ask to make sure it'll still be done before close today she assured me it would be. It didnt get done that day so i said that's ok I'll pick it up tomorrow at noon. Show up at noon next day no one is here and won't be there for another hour. Both people i talk to on the phone don't seem to care so i will take my business somewhere else. I'd advise anyone else to do the same. read more

I do not know how this place has so many great reviews, these people were so rude and dishonest. We took my car in to get two front windows and a sun strip tinted. They had originally quoted us $390 for the sun strip and four windows. We decided to just go with the two front ones and when we went to pick up the car the guy told us it was still $390! He refused to give us our keys back until we paid him the full price even though we did not get the entire car done! It should have been half of the price, this place is so shady. read more

Worst service I have ever received. My car now has a dent with scratches on door side. They also killed my battery right in front of me when I went to pick it up. They have since not responded to emails and are attempting to ignore me. Don't go here I could've done a better job with a YouTube video and common sense. read more

Made a Tinting appointment 4 days ago. Woman on the phone says 2pm and it takes 3 hours. Guy at the shop says he's busier than normal but he would have it done later.. didnt give me a time It would be done. Called at 5:30pm to see when it would get done. Woman on the phone said it would be done shorty about 1-1.5 hours.. they called me at 6:47pm to tell me that they are JUST NOW getting started.. and that it would be at the shortest 1.5 hours but closer to 2 hours. So at 2 hours I drove to the shop with my wife and waited for 30 min in the parking lot and then called again. So at this time it is 9:22pm... they tell me that it's going to be 30-45min. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? I have had bad service before but this is incredible. 8 hours after dropping off my car. read more

So I take my truck down to get the windows tinted. Not too bad. Looked pretty good. Then, I have a crack in the windshield of another vehicle. Take it down to have it replaced. Nice job, other than the scratches all over an almost flawless hood. Grrrr. The gloss black rig had been sitting outside for a week, so it had nice even layer of dust on it. There was marks all over it that obviously happened while it was down there. Somebody drug hands, windshield or something over the hood. Scratched the crap out of it! I asked the owner about it. He said, we didn't touch it! LOL! It was so obvious because all of the scratches were right where the drag marks were. I thought, whatever, maybe there were there. Maybe I just didn't see them. Had a little bubble on one of the windows of the first truck. Took it back, and they said, no problem! After 5 tries, they get it right. I'm not kidding...... I had a leak from my rear slider this last winter on my Dodge Ram. I decided that I should just replace it with a solid rear window. Had them go ahead and do it because they did the tint and I wanted it to match all of the rest of the windows. They put it in and everything looked good. The next day we had a little bit of rain. My entire back seat was soaked!!! I pushed on the window and it was loose at the top!!! Loose, like not attached at all! Called them up, pretty irritated at this point. They finally agreed to fix it that day. I was not going to wait a couple days for them to have "time" to do it. I went back to pick it up and asked if they had pulled everything out and dried it. Nope. They said it felt dry. Ok, whatever. Asked them what happened and why my window came loose. They said that they didn't know they were supposed to scuff and prime it!!! WHAT??? A glass shop didn't know this!!!! I got home and started looking everything over. There is glue stuck to the outside of the body!! Now I have to try to get this crap off without scratching the paint. Then I started looking around the window on the outside and they scratched the crap out of the paint removing the glue. Not little scratches, gouges that they had to fill in with touch up paint...... That doesn't match! It looks like crap!!!! Took it to a body shop to have them take a look at it to see what it would cost to fix it properly. $1200!!!! All of this happened within about a weeks time. I would highly advise that ANYONE looking to have windows and tint done to RUN to ANY other glass shop in the area. I can't believe these guys are still in business......... 10/27/17 update!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Ok, so they finally agreed to pay the body shop to fix all the damage and repaint the roof of the truck. Sweet! Makes me feel a lot better that they are willing to take care of their mistake. Dropped my truck off for a week. Get it back and everything looks good. Until it rains!!!! The window is leaking again!!!! The body shop had precision remove the window for repainting, and reinstall it since they messed it up in the first place. No only that, they left black glue on my grey seats! WHAT??????? Back down to the body shop. I didn't want precision going near my truck, so they had Davis Glass come in and reseal it. No more leaks, and no extra glue on the seats!! I know where I am going next time for glass work. read more
