We had already tried the Conroe location without luck, so we made the drive to Spring. Both locations are always super friendly and helpful. Prices may feel a little high at first, but the customer service and selection make up for it. According to my son, Spring has even more to choose from. Highly recommended for LEGO fans everywhere.

I immediately started hearing it from the manager I wish I remembered her name. She immediately threatened me that she should call the cops on me and was generally unpleasant. I explained that this was the only day I could pick it up before Sunday and traveled a long way to get there. She eventually gave me the package after giving me a mouthful which took her not even a minute to get from the cabinet. I appreciate that she finally gave it to me but definitely don't appreciate the grief I received to get it. Nice goes a long way and she was far, very far from nice and a horrible ambassador for your company.

The only downside was the check out process took a while for a cash transaction. The person checking us out asked if we wanted our change which seemed odd. Usually I feel it is on the customer to say if you don't want change and it being a retail store I didn't see a need to tip. I am confident this will work itself out as staff gets used to the store flow and I realize cash transactions are less common in general so they may not have experienced that before. Will still come back and look for new products!

They got to build cars and race them. Then they got to build a mini fig to bring home!! Tom is an outstanding host and we are so happy we came here! 10/10 would recommend.
