We love supporting this local business that has an incredibly large and diverse inventory. Every aisle is packed with toys and not just the popular stuff you see at the Big Box toy chains. There is literally something here for every kind of kid from babies to teens and even some for adults with young hearts! Today was the Saturday before Christmas and they had a live Santa there who was seated and ready to talk to children and let family take pictures with their phones. I listened to him talking to the kids and he was really quite good at getting responses. Some people say that some things are expensive here but I think you get what you pay for, their large inventory is a lot to keep up with and they always have the most helpful staff.

For about an hour or more we saw big bags full after big bags full walking out and we knew they would run out. Not one time did we see any employee come out and walk the line to see how long it was. When one of the ladies near me went to ask the owner why they aren't limiting she was supposedly told that they tried but the people were saying why can't we buy 34 when the people in front did. When I went to cypress the IG post said 2 per style but the owner walked the line before the door store opened and let us know it was 2 total per person and everyone understood. It is your business you can change the policy at any time. Have a backbone. Instead of pleasing all of those scalpers you disappointed hundreds of people including kids who wokeup early on a Saturday. Eventually when the owner told everyone they were sold out she caught flack for it and cried and walked back into the store, locked the door and turned the lights off. Literally was crying. I've seen you respond to reviews saying this was your first shipment of needohs, we know that's BS just by looking at your IG posts. You also follow other learning express accounts on IG and can see the lines they had during drops. If you didn't then that's your failure as a business owner and just a lack of awareness on your part. Overall the Cypress location is the most organized out of the Houston area learning express stores. The town and country was pretty good too because they limited to 6 per person total. Not a huge selection of children's clothes but very reasonable prices. Most of the store is dedicated to helping women with breast feeding. The owner helps women with one on one consultations and has a non profit group called smart mommies that is basically a peer group for mothers to come for support in all aspects of motherhood. I haven't been able to attend one yet but I can't wait to check it out! They also carry a selection of maternity clothing for good prices. My kids loved coming with me as they have a whole section for them to play in including a chalk wall for them to draw on. All-in-all I highly recommend this place!

One thing I really respect is how they changed their Pokémon card policy to help combat scalpers. Real Pokémon fans usually don't mind if the factory seal is cut when buying product because the cards and packs inside are still untouched, and it helps keep product in the hands of actual collectors and players instead of resellers clearing shelves. If you do want fully sealed product, they still offer it at current market price, which is a fair balance for everyone.
