I loved their honest opinion and how straightforward they were throughout their assistance to me. They weren't interested in anything other than providing the correct information and truth to us. All of my recent doctors within the past few years have really lacked person-to-person skills, many of them not even introducing themselves when they walk in the room. Often I am left feeling like a number on a checklist instead of a human when in doctor's appointments, which is why this visit with Dr. Eliz was such a nice change. She came in so friendly and sweet, introduced herself and her intern, and asked me my name and how I was doing. I know that seems simple and basic, but it hasn't happened in a long time, so I already felt more at ease right away. She communicated with me through the whole procedure so I felt comfortable and safe and informed (which I very much appreciated), and it went quickly and smoothly.
