Accurate Engraving was the only shop that would do this, but I was convinced to go with them for the excellent degree of customer service that was provided. Patsy was amazing, and walked me - a first-time engraving customer - through the process of selecting my graphic, using the right format, and emailing it to the shop easily and patiently. The engraving job itself was so excellent I felt compelled to add a tip to the $35 engraving fee. I will definitely be recommending Accurate Engraving to friends, colleagues, and using them again myself for future birthday gifts.

I told her out timeline and asked multiple times whether it could be met and she assured me that it could. I sent the graphics, font info, etc and she sent an invoice for payment in full. I asked if we would be able to see a mock up first to make sure that everything was ok. She said that they would need payment in full before we would get the mockup. I expressed that that made me uncomfortable to pay the full mount up front without seeing a mock up to make sure that everything was good. She then said that they would take a 50% deposit. We agreed and she sent the invoice and said that we needed to call back after 11 the next day to pay. I called her the next day after 11 to give her the credit card for the deposit and was informed that they cancelled our order. At first she said that we were not working within their process (although I followed her lead and did everything she asked me to do and there was never any indication that anything was wrong) and then she said that they got in another order that will be needed at the same time as ours. My guess is that the other order was bigger and/or paid more than ours so she cancelled our order instead. This leaves us scrambling to find another vendor. VERY POOR customer service!
