I ordered a custom ring from their tons of options. I chose a titanium band, makers mark barrel inlay, and USS NC Teak inlay. For such a custom option they have very competitive prices and also have great prices for some predesigned rings. They sent me tons of communication about the process, even down to letting me know exactly who was making my ring and what makes them special. Shoutout to Brad! ZERO stars! I reached out to this company to place a rush order for some plaques. I sent an email…read moreand spoke to someone named Flo who helped me decide exactly what we needed (size, finish, etc.). I told her out timeline and asked multiple times whether it could be met and she assured me that it could. I sent the graphics, font info, etc and she sent an invoice for payment in full. I asked if we would be able to see a mock up first to make sure that everything was ok. She said that they would need payment in full before we would get the mockup. I expressed that that made me uncomfortable to pay the full mount up front without seeing a mock up to make sure that everything was good. She then said that they would take a 50% deposit. We agreed and she sent the invoice and said that we needed to call back after 11 the next day to pay. I called her the next day after 11 to give her the credit card for the deposit and was informed that they cancelled our order. At first she said that we were not working within their process (although I followed her lead and did everything she asked me to do and there was never any indication that anything was wrong) and then she said that they got in another order that will be needed at the same time as ours. My guess is that the other order was bigger and/or paid more than ours so she cancelled our order instead. This leaves us scrambling to find another vendor. VERY POOR customer service!
