After seeing his portfolio, I immediately booked a same day appointment for later on that evening because the work was impressive. I showed back up and he was very attentive to all the details I wanted, which was crucial for this piece. I got the Joestar birthmark tattoo from the Jojo's Bizzare Adventures manga. The actual tattooing was such a breeze and Damon's vibes during this process was perfection. I'm excited to say I found my new tattoo home and plan on coming back for more pieces soon.

My friend who accompanied me received a piercing. The individual conducting piercings for the day was pleasant and well informed. He allowed for my friend to feel comfortable and ultimately have a smooth transaction. Her process took about 45 minutes with aftercare and preparation included. I might return for other work but was content with the outcome. I can agree with some other posts of pricing being a bit expensive depending on the artists and desired service.

And he's not as experienced as he will lead you to believe. His overall shading and "artistic ability" lives on the dark side. How do I know this? I gave him a picture of exactly what i wanted, said he could do it, and has worked on senior skin before No & No!! My tattoo is a dark gray blob of a mess. My 4 year old granddaughter colors inside the lines better. The first sitting ? He treated my skin like nothing different. I went home with a plasma wrap, and by bedtime, it looked like a blood bag from hospital. In 2 spots, he dug in so deeply, it cratered my skin. Had to wait that month's time to continue, plus I didnt get what I wante. It's so dark and unreadable, yet he refuses to add white, to separate the characters. I asked him to refund SOME of my money, and again he refused. Luckily I found a local "Award Winning" cover up tattoo that says he can make it Look better. So I ask Mr Scott for less money, to help me pay for the repairing it. Obstinate !!! I sent him 2 pictures, asking him if he seems any different. Please help me !! I went to Jonny for a few tattoos, all completed on the same day...with the initial intent to return cause I had been looking for an artist since I moved here to NC. Aside from feeling the entire time I was there like he was hitting on me...before starting my last tattoo he asked me out; which I declined. I should have just left after he asked but still sat for my final tattoo...after declining, his demeanor completely changed. He was clearly irritated with me, which made me extremely uncomfortable and feeling unsafe. Long story short, as a result of declining, he intentionally messed up on my last tattoo. It's absolutely terrible!!!! Thanks to this asshole I now have a permanent reminder on my body of this situation; a fucked up tattoo. In this town, I unfortunately am not the only female who has had this same/similar experience with Jonny X. If you are a female that still decides to go to him, I wouldn't go alone.

When I called to confirm the appointment (almost three weeks ahead) they had the wrong date and refused to reschedule. They also refused to refund my deposit. Dicie put a rude man (who was seemingly under the influence) on the phone who screamed "BYE" at me repeatedly and hung up.They ignored all my calls and emails after that. All I wanted was to reschedule my appointment. Avoid this place unless you want to be scammed and treated poorly.
