The artist's name slips my mind however, the work I wanted to be done was drafted and tatted within the same day. Overall, my piece took about 2 hours to complete and was a dedication to my aunt for Mother's Day. Upon entry, I would've preferred a quicker and more friendly greeting. I was not acknowledged immediately, although staff members were standing within sight. I think there could be a better system for guests, especially new customers. My friend who accompanied me received a piercing. The individual conducting piercings for the day was pleasant and well informed. He allowed for my friend to feel comfortable and ultimately have a smooth transaction. Her process took about 45 minutes with aftercare and preparation included. I came in for an ear piercing with no appointment, and was immediately helped. They have great options of jewelry, and prices range from $40-$80. My piercer gave me a waiver to sign, and got a copy of my ID. We talked some about my Jewelry choices, and what I wanted in the future. We then went back to the room for the piercing. She helped me find the perfect spot to get the piercing, especially considering if I wanted different style jewelry in the future. I told her I don't do well with piercings, but I still wanted to get it done. She assured me it was okay, and explained to me that that is how my body responds to things of the sort. She walked me through everything, and then helped me out by fanning me and giving me water after it was all done. Everything is extremely sterile and clean, even the Q-Tips came prepackaged. Nothing personal to the artist who did my tattoo I actually enjoyed my conversation with them and they seem like a very nice person. However, I felt like a lot of the piece was rushed and could have been done better had more time and effort been put into it. I called the shop the day prior to find out how much they charge for navel piercings, as I was surprising my little sister with a piercing for graduating. I was told that piercings start at $40, once we arrived to the location there was someone getting pierced and another waiting. The piercer was really quick, she took maybe 20-30 mins to do 4 piercings between the two of those people. Once it came time for my sister to get pierced, the person quoted her $115 for a piercing. Apparently they have two different people that have different price points which was not discussed to me. This get like a bait and switch situation which is not cool. The actual piercing was decent, it looked slightly crooked on my sisters belly. The reason we came here was because of the reviews but I can say this was not a good experience and I would not recommend anyone to spend anywhere near $100 for a navel piercing. I went here to get a septum piercing about a month ago. I chose this location because they offer adonized titanium jewelry. My piercer was really nice and friendly, but the piercing hurt, like a lot. I'm pretty experienced with piercings so I have a good idea of what the pain level should be and it hurt way too much. 2 days later the captive ball fell out in my sleep. I was out of town so I had to go to a different shop to try to get it put back after I failed to do so. They told me that not only was the gauge WAY too big for a septum ring, but that the ring wasn't a captive ball ring at all. They told me they didnt know how it stayed put so long to begin with. They had to give me a whole new ring. After they put the new ring in the piercing immediately felt more comfortable. I wouldn't go here again. read more

Everyone I interacted with either on the phone or in person was super nice and friendly. On the day I was scheduled to get my tattoo I called to see if they could pierce my ear where I thought it had grown over and Mackie was able to get it all fixed up with a better fitting hoop than I had before and on the spur of the moment I decided I wanted to change out my rook for something more noticeable and she did that as well. Then I went to get my tattoo done by Jess and I told her I was nervous since it was my first time and she took good care of me. She did a small line at first to show me how it felt before she started in on the rest of the tattoo which wasn't nearly as painful as I thought and she checked on me multiple times during the session to make sure I was still doing OK. They are very hygienic there which wasn't something I considered much before going because I was more concerned about getting my first tattoo but I was glad to see they take so many precautions to keep things sterile. Oh and to top it all off their prices are fair and reasonable and they tell you the prices up front so there are no surprises when you get to the register. read more
