We called in a panic on Friday evening trying to figure out how to transport 10 people to a drive in college graduation at Sonoma State. I received a confirmation noting my "service type" as EXCL 1-2 which was NOT CORRECT. The same note was on that confirmation email stating "Currently only have exclusive available -requesting shared" just like on my departing flight. The trip charges were posted at $86.00 on this receipt, which is NOT the correct rate for a shared van. I emailed the company immediately and got no response about this. As I was in the middle of travel, I decided to try to reconcile the inaccuracy after my trip. I called the company on 1/7/19 at approximately 4:30 pm and spoke to someone who had no intention of helping me after I explained the situation. He told me to call back the next day after 8 am. I called on1/8/19 at approximately 9:00 am and was told that the confirmation listed the correct price. I explained that I BOOKED a shared both times but the return flight email incorrectly listed my booking as EXCLUSIVE yet under the notes section listed that I was requesting shared. I find it hard to believe that there was not another individual at SFO needing a ride back to Marin. The demand during this time for a ride would be MUCH higher. It was a PEAK HOLIDAY TRAVEL TIME -Friday morning after Christmas at 10:00 am. In addition, I should not be penalized because of an allegedly inability to find another passenger. This is not my responsibility and I should not be required to pay more. This rider payment increase liability is NOT POSTED anywhere on the website and the only notification they send mentioning the price increase is AFTER you have already booked the service. The person on the phone continue to claim the email confirmation was correct and that "the best" she could do was put a note on he managers desk asking her to "take a look". I've read the other reviews here and I'm not holding my breath for a resolution. I travel often and will be using one of the many other transportation services available in the future. I encourage others to do the same.

I sat in the back while we stopped at Terminal 1 and 2, but then the driver drove right past Terminal 3 toward International. When I asked about Terminal 3, he told me it was my fault that he only stops at Terminal 2 due to construction and basically said it was my problem. For not hearing him. When we got to the International Terminal, I asked for my bag so I could get back to Terminal 3, and that's when he realized he'd actually left it on the curb at Terminal 2. We had to go back, and luckily the bag was still sitting there. For a $30 ride, this was not the experience I expected. If they are not stopping at a terminal just need to be very clear in the announcements and on their app/website.

The manager told me with a straight face that he had "never" had a call from anyone having difficulty purchasing a ticket online. This is obviously not true, and moreover it is gaslighting the customer by suggesting they are the only person ever to have a problem with the process. It's clear their management has no customer training, and is willing to say anything. If all goes well, OK, but goodness help you if something goes wrong. Use this service at your own risk.
