First, whoever's in charge of billing at this office should be Fired! Since December 2025 my Husbands colonoscopy has gone UNBILLED to Insurance, even though the office staff took a copy of his DL with address has been sending statements to his prior residence from 25 YEARS AGO, never bothered to even call him, after 3 separate calls as of Today 5/15/26 UNBILLED. I love the Nurse practitioner but the Billing staff is Lazy and unable to perform the basic 100% covered procedure billing. Do yourself a favor and don't waste your time buried in billing issues which the Staff informed me they WON'T call anybody to resolve it! Sorry but your Staff is amazingly BAD. Good riddance and my next to do is file a complaint with Michigans Attorney General, maybe your Boss will pay attention when the state gets involved. The Office is located at 1066 N Monroe Drive just to make sure the right office is listed.

Yup still just as bad, poor communication, drs charging for "office visits" when insurance covers annual physicals / appointments. They say they will have someone reach out but it's been 3 days. No sense of urgency when it comes to their patients it is all about the $$ this place is a bunch of penny pinchers who will jump at the bit to send you a bill. Save your time. Don't go here. They don't care. They just want to charge you! When messaging through my chart they just copy and paste the same messages.

Dr Pasko is a pleasant person, however each time I had an appointment (with the exception of the…read morefirst being 30 minute wait) I waited no less than 1 hour and 30 minutes past my appointment time. His person who brings you back to the exam room, informed me I did not have to choose him as my primary care if i was unhappy with the wait time. He listens to you but will also talk over you if he does not agree. His office is a bit unorganized, as i had to reach out to other doctors while waiting for referrals. He will not speak to you on the phone, he demands you make an appointment.
