I have been patient for many years with no problems until recently. the doctors are no longer associated with the hospital so I decided to change providers. I have been trying since beginning of March to have my medical records transferred at. that time was told would take care of it. now March 31st and hasn't been done! when calling can't get through have to leave message and after two days no one returns call. Tried different areas and. only get music did get through to a nurse and put on hold for 15 minutes then was disconnected. can get through to billing but they can't help all can do is leave message for medical records. which ultimately medicAl record's doesn't follow through and contact me. This was a good practice but at this point would not recommend. read more

Dr gardner is a total douche bag. I show up 15 minutes before my appointment as requested, I wear a mask, I complete my check in before the scheduled appointment is to begin. I then sit in the waiting room for 40 minutes without as much as an explanation from the front desk as to why or how long the wait will be. Once I enquired about how long it would take I was told to wait briefly as they found out, 10 minutes later she returns to state that I was next. I was taken back to the room, fuming I realized taking my blood pressure at this point would be fruitless, since I was only there to obtain the results of my EKO I refused all vitals. After this nurse leaves a second nurse comes in to enquire why I refused vitals. I again stated I was only in to receive the results of my EKO, have waited an hour at this point and stated I becoming upset and there was no reason to take vitals when I was only interested in my results. This nurse leaves and I wait another 10 minutes for the doctor. This Neapolitan little douche bag comes in with an attitude and states he has no vitals to begin the exam to which I stated I was only interested in the EKO results and I had to go due to him being late. This little douche bag said "I'm not going to argue with you, I'm doing the best that I can"! I asked for the results to which he indicated it was normal. I got up and walked out and as I did this puny little fool followed me into the hallway stating he was not going to argue with me and was doing the best he could. I continued to walk away and he stated it again to which I had some choice words and he stated "excuse me". I had had enough so I stopped turned around and restated my choice words, at this point he turned around and walked the other way. This little insignificant douche bag has the nerve to make me wait, then he makes passive aggressive comments before following me and instigating further comments. This turd of a man can kiss my arse, he little status in life comes through in a horrible way and should not be in medicine nor have contact with people. Snakes make better contact than this tiny insignificant little prick. read more

Worst office staff I have ever experienced. The doctor I saw was fine but the staff was so unprofessional both on the phone and in person. I was suppose to receive treatment from them but have decided to look elsewhere. When dealing with the heart time is of the essence but clearly that is not a priority with this office. This is the first time I have ever left a review. I would not recommend them to anyone. read more

I fill out a application for ass. for low income in the beginning of Jan. this is the end of March the billing dept. claims they are stills going though a process! Holly Cow I'm not filling out application for the white house or Queen Elizabeth maid 3 months I think someone is playing me for a fool, I have call they will not even return my calls they said well we have nothing to tell you at this point so we did not call a phone call telling that is better than NO phone call I think I need to make some phone calls of my own . Good doctor but don't care for the lack of professionalism on the part of the staff. This is some of the experience I had. Yours may be different. If you ask the staff any questions or want to know what test you have. Are you a medical professional? No ma'am but I do know a bit about the problems that I have. Can you tell me what test exactly I am having? What rate should my heart be at while exercising? Your maximum level. What level should that be? Are you a medical professional? Um no but I am not an idiot either and I can use a Fitbit with the best of them. Can I get a bill for my insurance company? No. We don't provide those. Oh really? Everything i filled out or was provided was done in paper with handwritten notes on them. It is like the experience I had 25+ years ago. It is very hot in their office on multiple days. Even the nurses were fanning themselves. As I said, good doctors. I don't care for the staff's approach to medical care. read more

I love my cardiologist; she is caring and genuine. Her phone staff on the other hand; is very rude when you call to make an appointment. I sat on hold for 9 minutes 10 seconds when I was disconnected. I called back several times and was told there are many calls ahead of me. Bottom line? Very awesome doctors that are severely understaffed and in my opinion having a heart patient call and be treated rudely is just not acceptable. They answer and never give you an opportunity to say anything - just "hold please". Fortunately, I didn't get upset enough to increase my blood pressure; but how many other patients do? I have mentioned this on every visit...and have always had to actually go into the office to make my appointments. Sad for the elderly that can't just drive there....so onward and upward. Dr Vitarello is nice but the staff is completely incompetent. No appointment reminders except for tests, mixed up appointments, rx sent to wrong pharmacy. No way to reach except by phone, they dont email, text, and cant even leave a message after hours. Worst business of any sort ive ever dealt with. read more

Do you like sitting in the waiting rooms? Well bring a cushion and prepare to wait. It hasn't seem to matter when I go here. YOUR time is not important to these doctors or staff. Waited 1 + 1/2 hours in waiting room last week and doctor spent 2 minutes with us- had to ask about every test- he never volunteered any info. Every other time I''ve been here I always waited 1 hour. Nice of them to double book to make money,money,money and force me to be late to my other appointments. I decided I will NOT come here anymore. AVOID this place unless your time is worthless. read more
