I agreed to foot/ankle surgery but after a week of waiting for the surgery to be scheduled I received a call from their surgery coordinator informing me that Mr. Fifelski was not registered with my insurance and that they would find a doctor in their practice that could handle my surgery. I waited a few days for them to get in touch with me and no one reached out and to this day I not heard another a thing from frederick foot and ankle. Luckily I had experience with Advance orthopedics in Germantown and I was able to see them and have Dr. Feldman take care of my issue. Just incredible that this organization completely dropped the ball and made no follow up call to have my problem resolved.

Wait time was brief. The young assistant who welcomed me back was very nice and very accommodating while she took X-rays of my feet. Dr. Marconi was great. I really liked her. She did a great job of explaining my condition and setting expectations. Even found out I have an undiagnosed birth defect in my feet along with an 8+mm plantar fascia that feels like stepping on knives. I know I still have a long recovery ahead with my issues but I am very pleased with the care from Dr. Marconi & the staff today and I highly recommend them. Going back in 2 weeks.

Well they started my care took $400 in x rays and also took my cash, but once I needed them to step up because I was out of covered visits due to the fact that I get 12 visits yearly (that I pay cash for and get reimbursed) and they would have to give me a pre authorization for my insurance company to get me covered for more visits they gave me the boot. Any reputable doctor will finish what they started but not Mid Atlantic they just collect CASH CASH CASH and they don't even give you a break for paying cash( BECAUSE THEY DO NOT DEAL WITH BILLING OR ANY INSURACE COMPANYS THIS MUST BE EXTREEMLY LUCRATIVE FOR THEM) to collect insurance rates and not nave to deal with insurance company's or billing BECAUSE THEY ONLY TAKE CASH SHOULDN'T THEY LOWER THERE PRICES DO TO THE ABOVE ? After I left I went to Maryland spine and health clinic were Dr. Raberto was going to pick up where Dr Rashidian left off . The first thing Dr. Raberto found was that I was in severe pain so he followed up by contacting my insurance co. and got me a MRI only to find out I had severe arthritis ,my spine was twisted , a piece of my bone broke off, I had bone spurs, pinched nerves and more. I was told by doctors that chiropractic adjustment were the number one thing that would hurt me, but Dr. Rashidian wanted to put me on a payment plan for 25 more adjustments for CASH CASH CASH. After nine major surgeries and over 30 different doctors in different states I know what I am talking about and Mid Atlantic Chiropractic is no more than a boiler room where they pump people in and out getting CASH CASH CASH. Another thing is they try to scare you into more adjustment, after all look at me all they wanted to just do 25 more adjustment ,which would of put me in the hospital. They will sell you some super expensve vitamins ,or sell you a $70 foam block that you could get on Amazon for $5. Dr. Rashidian will sell you his books that could of only of been written by a truly self centered person. To be honest Dr.Rashidian is a very good doctor ,except he has grown a big head and is so wrapped up with money, showboating and other U tube BS that he lost his way. When You read his book he tells you that as a child he has dedicated his life to care for people, bull He loves CASH THIS IS SUCH SELF CONCIETED HUMAN BEING IT BLOWS MY MIND.

She knows her stuff. Sandra is knowledgeable and friendly too. You may have to wait sometimes to be seen but that is only because she is one of the few urologists that don't turn away new patients. I took my son to Dr. Moorman when he was little and they connected. He was usually shy around doctors but she had him talking. When I had a kidney stone back in 2018, she saw me in the emergency room and it was on a weekend. She was kept busy with other patients but she took the time to explain everything to me. I had a stent put in that night because she couldn't blast the stone because it was too near the kidney and I had a UTI too. She worked me and the other urology patients from the ER into her schedule for the next week. I later had the stone blasted. I have gone through numerous UTI's since then and she has worked with my limited list of meds that I can take and I haven't had one in two years now. I was on antibiotics a lot as a kid and am either resistant or have had reactions to most meds. She and Sandra didn't give up. I would highly recommend either one. They are worth the wait. I am pretty sure they work through lunch most of the time with maybe a bite or two of a sandwich between patients.

The staff are great, too. They give one the feeling that the whole practice put patients first. I believe that Dr. Wei was motivated to become a rheumatologist because his beloved aunt suffered from rheumatoid arthritis, and that caring attitude typifies the way he treats his patients. He wants them to get better, and he is always searching for the best solutions for each person he treats. He is always up-to-date on new research, as well. The answering message stated the I should allow THREE BUSINESS DAYS to get my call returned. One message asked for a good time to call, I gave it to the machine, and no call during that timeframe, just other call backs that I could not answer as I was at work. With every returned call, I got that same rather insulting message and the caution that subsequent messages could DELAY their response (?). I ended up giving up trying to get them to see me for severe depression (which they had made worse...). This is a callous and careless way to treat people with behavioral heath problems. Addendum: I recently got a message to call them "if I still wanted an appointment". Absolutely no way. I do not recommend this group, but as it is so difficult to get an appointment, it's probably a moot point.
