I went with 5 Bourbon Barrel wings and 5 Spicy Garlic, both bone-in. The Bourbon Barrel wings leaned sweet with a light bourbon note. Flavor was decent, but they were pretty light on sauce and didn't have much crisp for being fried -- honestly, they almost tasted baked. The wings also weren't very tender, and I had to work a bit to get the meat off the bone. And yes, I know some people would say "just get boneless," but I'm a bone-in guy -- the bone adds flavor, and boneless wings are usually more breading than chicken anyway.
