Daughter had seen the airplane for sale on the five and below website And they did have some when I called the used to hearing Newport Avenue. They had to give me the number of the North Attleboro store on route one which is Washington Street when I called that store again the experience was wonderful. They were kind helpful. she put me on hold a man while she went to go get it. They sure had one. They held it behind the counter until the next day because I was working you couldn't get there that night when I got there. I brought them her plant just to say thank you for all the trouble so she went through everybody so kind and helpful. Explain how you read the cash system and stuff worked and just thought that they were just really into their job. They really wanted to help the customer. They really want you to walk away with the one thing you've been looking for and I absolutely did.

Kids in the store were nice, cool little eclectic blend of employees, had WAY more Manga then I was into but a solid back selection too and I'd almost always find at least one or two things you didn't know existed. Overall was great for an every 10 weeks trip or so... ( here comes the but...) That being said, August of last year they sold my son a broke in the box General Grievous, big 200 buck one, he was ECSTATIC to buy it but they didn't disclose it was broken, the arm was glued, it wasn't " working" ( Mass law that you can't sell something you know is broke.. we don't have an As-Is law that permits that) and unfortunately he didn't open the box until we got in. I took pictures instantly and we returned to the store immediately and the manager was " going to contact us".. guys name was Phil ( he and his whole staff have been fired since, I'm guessing they were stealing or doing something shady). Told that we broke it ( um... WHEN would we have had time to?!?) and he proceeded to lie to the credit card company as well. Long story short, we're taking them to small claims court and including treble damages because of the intent to deceive, the amount of my time he wasted over what I'm sure they KNEW was their own scam since the arm was super glued... etc etc... It's good that Phil has been fired and good that we're going to get our money back but it's just garbage that ANYONE would try to pull that stunt on a 12 year old autistic kid. Just complete scumbaggery. Ok so in short: Good selection. Ok prices. Really bad human beings. Also, apparently don't know Mass General Laws... probably should learn those guys.. P.S. I'd settle for a refund and an apology from the owner/manager who shows up at court next week. I'd probably change the review to reflect this as it wasn't the owners fault or current management but they've had a ton of time to reach out on this one and haven't. Doesn't help that they tried to say they have " experts" who claim we broke it... maybe the business is seedy, I don't know, I just know they tried to rob a kid who cleaned up an awful lot of dog poop to save that money up..

Dan has absolutely zero knowledge of any collectibles or what they are worth and is a huge waste of time to talk to you as well. I could name at least five other decent collectible stores in the state of Massachusetts that would outdo this place in a heartbeat. A bunch of amateurs run this place and I will not be doing business with them again. Once again, save your money and look on eBay or other collectible stores in the area, but certainly don't give these guys another minute of your time.

The staff is very polite and friendly and it was nice talking to them about a gift that I wanted to get for a loved one. This store is known and is positioned as "The Place for Personalized Gifts." Corporate research showed their typical patrons were women who viewed themselves as unique gift givers. This moved the company to make stores warm and less masculine. Store associates took the title "Gift Advisers" with the premise that interactions with customers were conversations between two friends coming up with a gift idea. That was my experience, a very cozy, personal shopping experience.

The store nicely organized with many things to choose from. They sell items to commemorate all occasions such as birthdays, graduations, birth of a baby, and retirement to name a few. They had a sale going in which was buy one item, get a second item 50% off everything in the store. The also provide free engraving while you wait. The staff was very attentive and helpful. My daughter chose a lovely bracelet which had a round charm attached to allow engraving. The prices were reasonable especially with a second item for the additional discount. Overall this is a nice store with a great selection of gifts!

We were looking for a very specific gift to send someone back home- a red lobster stuffed animal. As we walked past this shop we saw exactly what we were looking for right on the window display! I had my little dog with me and they welcomed us in- the gal at the register even gave my pup a treat!
