They were not delivered on Valentines Day they were delivered the following day and I paid for them to be delivered on the 14th. I also paid for roses but because they ran out so they delivered carnations and daisies and to make matters worse half of them were short and broken . I called the store in Woonsocket, RI and was assured by two different associates that the manager of the store would call me. I never received any phone call. I also tried on three occasions to report the issue on their website. I received three different auto generated emails telling me someone would contact me and was never contacted. You would think a company as big as this would not advertise falsely or at least give some kind of restitution but nothing. I guess the next step would be done some kind of consumer affairs dept?
