Katherine was friendly and thorough and even had enough time to quickly proofread my hubby's resume. It was really nice to get an extra set of eyes! She finally completed the resume. It was a page and a half, even after she told me beginner resumes should be three pages. She explained she did not have much to work with and that's why it was a page and a half. This is complete bunk, my past career coach made me a resume that was three pages long and much better. Thankfully my parents covered the 350 for the resume because this was a complete rip off. Horrible customer service, horrible resume. She conned my parents and I, she should of had more integrity and said she could not help me. Instead she conned my family out of 350 dollars. I will never work with her again.
