We waited over 2 hours for the nurse to show up, and it was a different nurse from whom we expected. 2 hours late and no phone call. I called the Exec Director to suggest they tighten up their communications and processes. She never called me back. Disappointed with them.

Everyone who participated in his care was wonderful, made him feel comfortable, and adjusted to meet his needs. If the regular care provider was not able to work a shift, one of the Jay's Legacy supervisory staff was always available to step in. My dad said it best - "As much as I was against having any help, this was the best thing that could have happened." My siblings and I live many hours away, and knowing our father was in such good hands took a big weight off of our shoulders.
