She told me she would call me back and she would give me about a week because she was going on vacation which was totally fine and she never me after she never text me back. She never called me. If you need durable medical equipment look to another supplier or just buy it from Amazon…read more If you get stuck in a rental (rent to own) you will be paying 10 times the cost of the equipment or more. And supplies are outrageous also! I have a c-pap (which I love). Just got a replacement and when I was set up I was given very vague reply's as to what it will cost and how long the rental will last. I wanted to know the purchase price, which they would never give. All they would say is it all depends on my insurance. They also said the length of the rental was also up to the insurance company.... Which was a complete lie. My insurance company told me that Aurora sets the length of rental and price. (not that the insurance company is someone to trust either!). Right now they are billing my insurance company $194 a month for anywhere between 12-16 months. This will come down dramatically when I meet my deductible. Even though my out of pocket will be more manageable soon, they are still collecting a ton of money from my insurance company. Way over the actual cost of the product.... And guess what the insurance company is going to do..... Pass the cost on to us in premiums. We need transparency in cost and billing.

If the regular care provider was not able to work a shift, one of the Jay's Legacy supervisory staff was always available to step in. My…read moregrandma lived at Odd Fellows in long term care for over five years, and someone from my family was there to see her and spend time with her every day. The staff got to know not only her, but our whole family in general, and took excellent care of my grandma. No nursing home is perfect, but whenever there was a concern raised staff addressed it promptly. It is difficult to trust others with your loved ones, but I have peace knowing that my grandma was loved by the staff here, and got very good care. I would put someone else I love here and highly recommend the Odd Fellow Home to others, especially for long-term care.
