My parents have been patients of Dr Siamak Rouzroch for approximately 24yrs. My father has had many…read morecomplaints regarding overmedicating and other things that have bothered him throughout the years. My mother always convinced my father to remain with Dr Rouzroch. Recently, my father expressed the desire to change his primary doctor to the same one that his sister has. After I met the new primary doctor, I agreed. She is wonderful! Today I informed Dr Rouzroch's office of the change and thanked them for their care. Dr Bardi, Dr Rouzroch's wife, wished us well. Dr Rouzroch called myself and my father and spoke poorly of our new primary doctor and doesn't even know who she is! He also spoke poorly of the new medical Optum, as well. But it is what he done next, that impelled me to give this review!!! He called the pharmacy and closed out ALL of my parents medications. And what's worse, he KNEW that my parents new primary care physician is not effective until February 1st! He KNEW THIS and did not care! I'm so disappointed in the vindictive traits that Dr Rouzroch has displayed. Even the pharmacy mentioned that this action was highly unusual. They stated that Dr Rouzroch also tried to have my parents prescriptions that are ready for pick up....canceled! This is beyond ridiculous, vindictive and very unprofessional. A doctor that I had respect for, has lost all respect. He may be a good doctor, despite his many mistakes throughout the years, but he is NO longer a respected doctor. BEWARE. Sincerely, Karen Elder

He listens to me and makes sure I get the right referrals and he reads all the reports from your other doctors. He specializes in geriatric care, an often neglected and discarded population. He takes his time with his patients. I highly recommend him and his wife, Dr. Bardi, who works from the same office and is equally commited to their patients care and well-being. They are amazing. and their office staff, Sheryl, is on top of things. They are a great team and i plan to continue my care with them.

Her price for a basic exam for cash paying patients was so reasonable my husband and I decided to give her a try and I'm so glad we did. Dr. Chaudhary stays on top of my tests, health concerns, medication and overall well being. She is so thorough at every appointment. She encourages you to ask questions because she wants you to understand your health. I also appreciate the office staff because they always do such a great job with getting your referrals done, contacting the pharmacy and just making sure all your paperwork gets processed. I always lose my lab worksheet, but they never make me feel bad about it. I had two visits before my new Insurance took effect. Once it did, I selected Dr. Chaudhary as my primary care physician. It's a great location, easy to get to off of the 405 freeway, the office is neat, clean and organized. If you need a primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Chaudhary.

I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. I've recommended her to friends and family and would continue to do so.

I'm not sure what the negative reviews are about--every time I've visited, the staff has been incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. Dr. Shin is absolutely wonderful! Not only is she kind and attentive, but she also makes the time fly by with her warm personality and great conversation. I always leave feeling better both physically and mentally. I started going to Dr Mikhail about 6-7 years ago based on the positive reviews from here. She's…read morevery friendly and was fine when it came to simple physicals. Last year I was diagnosed with high blood pressure and she put me on an ACE inhibitor. It helped lower my blood pressure, but I developed a cough not long after. I looked up the side effects and noticed that cough could be one of them. I brought this up to Dr Mikhail and she said that since it lowered my blood pressure, I should stay on it and prescribed me allergy medicine. The cough continued for months. When I would bring it up again she prescribed me more allergy medicine and told me it couldn't have been the ACE inhibitor since I said that I coughed more at night. The cough got worse earlier this year and I repeatedly told her the allergy medicine wasn't helping but she kept prescribing more of it and dismissed me. After months of little sleep from coughing all night, getting the side-eye from people hearing me hacking in public, having my throat raw with pain and a general decrease in quality of life, I got fed up and made an appointment with a pulmonologist. He diagnosed me with bronchitis, switched me from the ACE inhibitor to Amlodipine, and gave me an inhaler and nose spray. Within a week the cough was gone. It's annoying that Dr Mikhail misdiagnosed me, but what infuriated me the most was her gaslighting me and ignoring my complaints for MONTHS. I really wanted to like her but I'm never going to her office again.

They've lost documents we needed filled out on several occasions, mixed up appointments, loudly gossip with patients in the waiting room, and today even refused to fill out our daughter's medical history so we can register her for school. They claim we were "terminated as patients" for complaining about the missing vaccine..but that was never expressed to us at any point. While it's true, we immediately changed our primary care physician following the vaccination debacle, the kids haven't even seen the new doctor yet..so how is she supposed to know our medical history, or even have access to our records since doctor Mikhail's offIce never got around to sending our records to the new doctor? There are plenty of other reasons I do not recommend Doctor Mikhail, but those are more due to her personality and style of practice, so I won't bother mentioning them here. There are plenty of other highly rated doctors in area, so I suggest doing a little research before making an appointment here.

This specific clinic is for Seniors only. My mother in law likes that her labs are done here rather than taking her where the rest of us go. My son is disabled, he is becoming of age, his pediatrician gave me a list of DR due to he will need an adult one. I googled the DR and found DR Loida Constantine to be affiliated with Memorial, so that was a big plus for me. so I scheduled 1st appointment 2nd and 3rd they all had to be canceled due to covid. then finally February 11,2021 we made it to her office. I showed up with all his med records, my court documents that I have conservatorship, anything and everything she needed was in my hand. i provided all of it to the receptionist, she placed it in his chart. when my son and i got called to the room, the RN asked was there a reason we are there. i said yes, my son is an adult now and his pediatrician gave me a list and DR Constantine is on it, so I'm trying to establish a r for him in his adulthood, she said ok. DR Constantine walks in, looks at the first few pages of the court documents and ask what is this? So I explained same thing that I explained to receptionist and RN, she looked at my son and said I don't think I am a good fit for him! I said why? she said you may be more comfortable with a male. I said are you kidding me? Are you saying you are not comfortable with seeing my son? she said well I not sure what you need? i don't think i can help! I responded. WHAT I told you my son can not see his pediatrician anymore he needs an adult DR but its fine, i don't want you as his dr, you where a waste of our time. I will notify dr lee to not ever refer anyone to your cheap apartment looking clinic, and I grabbed all my records and my son and walked out. I am not sure what her problem was with my son and I don't care. she was out of line! Maybe she does not like disabled people! not sure do not take your family there.
