After seeing some mixed reviews, I felt compelled to share my experience because mine has been nothing but positive. I've been seeing Dr. Archna Chaudhary for a while now and honestly have had a really great experience. I've been to each of the multiple locations, and all of them are clean and easy to get in and out of. The newer office by the Long Beach Traffic Circle is especially nice. Wait times are very reasonable, I'm typically seen within 5-10 minutes... and to be fair, half the time that's because I'm walking in right at the last minute. As for Dr. Chaudhary, she's been great. She actually listens, takes her time, and explains things in a way that makes sense. She has a good balance of being gentle but also straightforward, which I personally like. I've never felt rushed, and she's open to talking through different options instead of just immediately prescribing something. I've also seen a few of the nurse practitioners and they've all been pleasant. If you're on the fence because of reviews, I'd just say go see for yourself and form your own opinion. Stay away from this Clinic they do not take walks in, is a lie, they do not want to remove the walks in websites because they trying to get customers, they do not care your emergency illness, all they want is our money is very expensive than what they post on their website, is not truth that they charge $49 visit is way more than that... and if you book an appointment it will be 2 to 3 weeks after you request an appointment. They do not care for any health issue you may have and the reason you went to see the Dr they don't even ask you, why you are there, they do not greet you, the from desk lady have a very nasty attitude and bad manners, she treat us like we are begging her for food, very uneducated and disrespectful lady, very careless, no compassion for her part. Hi, Like with most things I am sporadic and my health is too. A couple months ago my body decided to betray me. With my busy schedule it's difficult to get an appointment on my timing. I have Kaiser insurance and going through them = "We have an appointment Wednesday 28th.. of 2018!" Yeah, well that isn't going to work and who has time to check in for cancellations etc.? Well I do at times, but I refuse to do so. I was NOT okay enough to know I needed a doctor, but not bad enough for Kaiser-wait-a-long-ass-time-Urgent-Care. SOOOO I yelped walk in clinic. Arrived to a business center looking building. 2nd floor, door to the left after exiting elevator and there I was... (They close for lunch from 12:00pm -1:00. They have to eat. duh) I went in, 10 min wait. $49 later.. diagnosis, a prescription for prednisone that had me swollen like a blow fish (necessary) and a free follow up (10 day timeframe) I was out the door. Oh and a note to be off work for a couple weeks (Which she gave me the option to still go but with all the restrictions in the world) I appreciated her options. I was able to be at work and just sit pretty while getting paid. Thanks!!!! Dr. Archna was great. Very sweet personality and took genuine concern. She has been monitoring my progress and although having insurance, I am more than willing to pay out of pocket for her. Location is clean and staff is nice. Oh, this medical clinic does not cater to children, so don't waste your time bringing in the kiddos. The only aspect of this clinic that is "walk-in" is that you literally 'walk-in' the entrance. If you're expecting to have your urgent, acute condition actually EVALUATED, well then, good luck with that! I apologize that wasn't able to schedule my shingles outbreak to accommodate your "walk-in" clinic...but I suppose I misunderstood that 'walk-in' referred to an urgent, acute and unplanned illness (that does NOT belong in nor should hinder the vital process in an emergency room). Instead, you redefined it to mean "Walk-in the clinic to be told you will not be seen!" On the upside, I appreciate you offering the business to another clinic that I'm CERTAIN (sarcasm) doesn't have some financial relationship - or at least a collateral referral agreement - and save me the hassle of RESEARCHING for a clinic that pleases it's patients (via expresed critiques) AND their bank account! To be completely clear, I am NOT criticizing the physician here, but I AM reflecting my opinion of the patient service experience of the desk staff. First of all, to look me in the eye when I walk-in and then disappear to the secluded part of the clinic WITHOUT EVEN GREETING OR STATING YOU'LL BE RIGHT BACK (or SOME semblance of acknowledgement BEFORE you turn me away)...well that is world-class idiocracy AND reflective of their inherent attitude (and implicit value) towards prospective new patients. I suspect that this doctor could allegedly walk on water BEFORE turning it into wine...or they haven't has time to realize what a SOCIAL & BUSINESS LIABILITY the desk staff are to the practice! Either way, I do NOT find it reflective of the type of 'care' they THINK they provide...and certainly will NOT take a reference from them at the risk their professional contemporary recommended resources treat clientele in the same, disrespectful and dismissive attitude. But hey, thanks for allowing me the freedom to "vote with my feet" and seek compassionate and WELCOMING health care PROFESSIONALS at a wide variety of optional resources! This place is amazing! I had throat pain that I couldn't shake, however; I don't have medical insurance. So I did a simple google search on affordable clinics in the Long Beach area, and this was the first one that popped up and let me tell you I was not disappointed! The staff was extremely friendly and welcoming, and the process was quick! It turned out that I had tonsillitis and she gave me my prescription right then and then. I was in and out within an hour! The staff at this office is very nice. I was able to express my concerns and my symptoms to the Dr and she was able to educate me on my concerns. I really appreciated it! I had an appointment, woke up early and decided lets just go in and get it over with since work tends to call me anyways. Needed some basic physical done for work going in without insurance assuming it was $49 but turned out additional $25 for a form i needed to be filled out. I had to do a double take and look over the website to see if it states anywhere on there and yes. $75 for physical and forms for work. I called to check if i can come in early, staff was extra sweet. Both girls that helped me was very nice, professional and informative. Dr. A chaudhary, just like any other doctor that walks through the door, i fear doctors. Period. That awkward 2 mins at first then i felt that relaxation once the questioning on paper stopped. She was very quick, nice, instructive and answer my typical questions. My reason for a four star and not five star was due to the patient privacy. I felt like i can be as quiet as i want when i'm at the counter talking to the nurse in front but the whole room can still hear me. That was my biggest concern. read more

I have been a patient of Dr. Chaudhary's for over ten years . I have always been happy and confident with the care I have received thus far. ( initially, this was my mother's physician ( after first primary , was neglectful. Dr Chaudhary compassionately and skillfully managed her care until the treating oncologist took over care. I started seeing Dr. Chaudhary, for my common illnesses, and she has helped me navigate through various health concerns and specialists. Dr. Chaudhary has been honest, consistent, compassionate, and empathetic. She listens and understands her patients. Her, practice has expanded , so being seen for well in / urgent care doses not always occur. I have a local urgent care near me as a back up. Dr. Chaudhary does set high standards for her staff ( at times i have not felt comfortable with the care I've received, from her Np or PA . ) I'm a little more comfortable now. But, prefer to see the dr. The office, is good about sending prescriptions in, handling concerns, and ordering tests. The dr. Is thorough in her explanations, re: tests and treatment plans. Dr.Chaudhary's office is very peaceful, ( quiet small office, with light background music , and soothing colors. The patient rooms , are very clean as well. ( pre/ post Covid) . This office has had very strict ( safe) Covid restrictions. I am never concerned if I will get sick here. ( I've caught cold germs , at my other drs offices). I emailed the address in their website at 8 am so they can send me an application via email so it can expedite the intake process and they never emailed me back that day. I decided to drive there during my lunch hour and got here at 11:56 am. They greeted me at 12:01 pm and asked me what I needed. I told them I was a walk in customer and they said they don't take walkins on Friday after 12 p noon and to return Monday. I left disappointed. My situation was a little serious for me that I drove down the street and found another walk in clinic and they took me in right away. read more

I think the only review we need here is that... this is NOT a walk in clinic. Every time I've tried it the doctor hasn't been there and no option to even see her later in the day or even for the next 3 days. Drove here for nothing while feeling chronically ill. I don't have medical insurance, so I browsed on Yelp for an affordable urgent care. I called some centers and got prices- pretty expensive and just the office visit alone, forbid I need treatment. I called the office of Dr. C and got a super fair price plus 10% off for checking in on Yelp. They also let me walk in and advised me of a wait, which honestly was not a bad wait at all! I couldn't be more grateful. She is very knowledgeable and was able to get me the treatment I need. She also offered a follow up visit if needed which would be free! Then she says come back at 1:30 then for her to say she's never heard of Molina Healthcare Insurance?? Are you serious? After they accepted my $50 copay (fully aware that I did not have health insurance) the nurse practitioner refused to treat my issues, or even refer me to a specialist because she said it would cost too much. So, they stole my money, knowing full well they were not planning on treating me. The nurse practitioner was very curt and so was the front desk staff. Also, the guy watching loud porn on his cell phone in the waiting room was just awful. Please take the time to find a different place, if this office isn't already under some sort of criminal or malicious practice review I would bet they will be very soon. read more

I went to this office a month ago because of an abdominal pain that they sent me to do an ultrasound, and I waited almost 3 weeks to get the results and finally I called the office and the girl told me that the ultrasound results were all. Previous doctor I was seeing was a big mistake, probably made my health worse tbh. Anyways this clinic is one I am happy I stumbled into, the best health care I've gotten ever since moving down from out of state and all it took was the doctor to listen to my health issues. I was diagnosed with ibs months ago and which seemed to get worse but with good days and bad days. Developed a ton more anxiety cause of it. Came into this clinic to get a 2nd opinion and now this is my primary care doctor. Dr. Dhami is super super nice, with her sitting down and letting me describe everything, that right there was a super big help with my mental health. Having someone listen can help so much but getting feedback and help afterwards like it can't get better than that. Gave me a breath of relief and some hope that I'll get better again one day. The staff as well are just as nice and super friendly, I can't remember the one lady's name up front who's training the other girls but she is the best, lovingly sweet, informational, professional & all the above.
