Once I was taken back to the room, I was introduced to the Girl who was going to assist the Dentist with the Botox. We made conversation as she went over my pre session paperwork. Then the Dentist arrived, and he was awesome. So kind & friendly with a great sense of humour. We talked about my history with Botox, asked about a areas of concern, and I squinted and smiled while they took notes as to where they would Inject. After we discussed how much was to go where as per the result I was looking for, and then it was on to the main event! Botox isn't completely painless, but I really don't mind how it feels. It was over quickly. They checked it, added a bit more. Then it was done. Chatted to the Dentist a bit more - he was super funny and really easy to talk to - really nice guy. I will definitely return. And do highly recommend! Oh and on the way out - I got a gift of a toothbrush toothpaste and a few other things - a very nice touch indeed.

I also appreciate that neither Dr Jesse or her dental assistant Dayna tried selling me into procedures that I didn't need like some other dentists tried in the past - straight to what I needed (fixing the cosmetic bonding of a tooth that I chipped a long time ago that was decolored and uneven). Each time i go in complaining of the same discomfort, i am told something different and now finally after months of pain i am told the teeth cannot be saved and need either a root canal or pulled out (yet another expense). I was even charged $75 for the dentist to tell me to change tooth paste LOL. I am not one to complain or write bad reviews but i feel someone needs to step up and let others know about this place. It's a money grab outfit, and they will charge you until you are broke and still not fix the problem. Avoid them at all costs

The dentists themselves do good enough work but have terrible chair-side manner and show no personal interest and it's the same with the assistants- it seems to be all strictly business all the time and is not a welcoming or comforting environment- it feels overly clinical. After only two visits (1 cleaning and check up and one to have fillings done), I decided to take my business elsewhere. Even though I can't walk to my new dentist, the difference between the two places is like night and day. I suppose it's a good enough option for students living on campus and others who may not want to commute/drive elsewhere, but if you have the option to go elsewhere, I would.

At the time, Dr. Yee appeared to be invested in his patients spending a reasonable amount of time per appointment. As time as passed it seems that my time with the dentist were getting shorter and shorter. Before I stopped going to this clinic, Dr. Yee was extremely late, and the time spent with him was (what felt like) less than 1 minute. He didn't even see me the last time I went! It honestly feels like Dr. Yee has figured out being a dentist and now he's more focused on being an entrepreneur, expanding his office and hiring more dental hygienists. As of my last experience I give 1 star, but honestly he does quality work. My orthodontist complimented the Veneer work that Yee did so +2 stars for that. Oh, the secretarial staff is best described as brusque.
