When I called to book the reservation, he texted me right after the call to confirm the date and time - a 5:30am pick-up. He then confirmed again the night before. He was at the curb at about 5:20am and off we went to the airport. We arrived in plenty of time and paid the quoted price and tip with our credit card. He was extremely friendly and professional. We shared some life stories and our backgrounds. I would definitley use Americab again. FYI - the other company we called which wants you to believe they are Yellow Cab - you only get voice messages, you can't understand most of what's being said and they only want you to book online.
