Horrible experience -- aggressive billing, false "upgrade," and old vehicle -- avoid!…read more I booked a limo for transportation from Abington Massachusetts to Cape Cod for 10 with glass champagne flutes and a bucket of ice. The occasion was for a milestone birthday party! What arrived was an out dated vehicle that the company called an "upgrade" -- I can't imagine what the original would have been. The limo arrived without the air conditioner on and it was a sweltering 90°F day, no air conditioning until we started driving, and 10 women were sweating off their makeup and irritable while waiting for all the guests to get situated in the hot stuffy vehicle. The interior was par for the course and absolutely not what we paid for. The Wi‑Fi/charging setup was a mess -- Bluetooth wouldn't connect easily, which made trying to play music stressful. This caused us to not be able to play our pre-made playlists for this specific occasion. We actually had to play the radio until the Bluetooth connection was restored. The promised glassware and ice were absent because according to the driver he not been informed. We drank out of little plastic cups and didn't have any ice to keep our champagne and wine cold. Worst of all, the company was extremely aggressive about billing and tipping. They pressured us for extra charges and tips in a way that felt dishonest and predatory. On top of that, the vehicle did not even appear to be registered to the company we booked through -- it felt like the company was acting as a middleman and sending out unvetted subcontractors. That felt deceptive and unsafe. Do NOT use this company. We had a terrible experience, and the whole arrangement felt like a scam. If you value reliability, honesty, and basic comfort, look elsewhere. The car exterior was beautiful but the entire experience was so terrible I felt like crying!!
