The bathrooms looked original to the age of the house, one had a bath & the other a very small shower, the sink wall plug in that bathroom did not work, any appliance had to be plugged in at the bedroom.....on a brighter note, the kitchen was well equipped and had everything you might need for your cooking experience

Everything we needed was right at our fingertips. Easy access to the beach within walking distance. Very nice to have the to pool and hot tub a stones throw away as well. ABSOLUTELY AVOID DOING ANY BUSINESS WITH SLOANE REALTY. They make promises to be there when you…read moreneed them. Then they don t return calls or answer phones. Our place leaked at every door and half the windows and required us to use our bath towels to keep the place dry. All they did was bring us more towels and tell us its the owners problem, but never contacted the owner for us. List of problems they ignored...railing on third floor falling apart due to wood rot, deck unusable due to nails pushing up and deck being decrepit, furniture un usable due to rot and missing pieces, one small fridge designed for a home for 4 not 14, no ice maker than small one on the fridge, no outdoor shower yet one is listed in ad, a/c ran 24/7 but never got the home cooler than 76 f they had 2 portable units in the home so they knew they had issues. Only ONE working fire extinguisher for the entire home, towel racks falling off the walls sinks that leaked all over the floor, This is only a small portion of the issues. Especially DO NOT rent ELLIS ISLAND at 15 OLD MARINA DRIVE. The pics say it all

So much for a nice quiet, relaxing time at the beach. 8:00 am wake up every morning and work till 5:00. Street shut down. Dirt and dusk over our cars every day. Can sit on porch or even have a door or window open. Driveways ripped out or blocked. Glad I rented this expensive disaster. House has lots of issues also. Major CF!
