Horrible service. My boyfriend got a call about his results and was instructed to bring me in. When we got there, they were only bringing one dose of the shot we both needed. When questioned, I was told that I would need to be seen even though I'm pretty sure it's standard procedure to treat both parties... then when he explained an allergy to one of the ingredients in his shot, we were informed they couldn't do the shot and didn't provide good instructions on finding other care. Worst clinic I've been to in my entire life. completely inadequate reception is especially the male front desk worker. not sure what his problem was but multiple times I spent a unreasonable amount of time on the phone on hold. and then when I come into the clinic I see him putting the phone on hold for people calling the clinic and talking to the other receptionist about personal stuff. completely unprofessional to have a patient wait so you can talk about your personal life. The nurses were wonderful. however I had multiple issues with getting my prescription filled and so many issues getting my records transferred. read more

So after my initial visit, which was great and completely helped, my insurance rejected the claim as I was between two different insurances and something had gone wonky. One company was claiming they did not owe, and that company was claiming the first was the ones to pay, ugh! Martha in the billing department at Care was so helpful and did all the legwork to communicate with both companies. Even while all this was happening, she got me onto a low payment plan so this would not go to collections/ show up on a credit report while we were waiting. I heard back from insurance, and while they did not pay it all, Martha was able to help them knock off at least half of the bill which is better than I thought it would be! read more

I cut the tip of my finger off at work. I recently moved here from Houston Texans, and had really no idea where to go. This location has really good reviews so I I came in. Everyone here from the doctors to the front desk have been extremely nice and very funny. Gracie was not kidding about being the best at wrapping (see pic). Currently frustrated with the COVID testing process at Care Medical. We called the night before anwere told to come in at 8:00 right when they open for a "quick" test. Checked in at 8:00, was first to arrive and waited an hour. Finally checked out in our car, 1.5 hours later by someone who showed up at 9:00 for work. We were told 24 hours for results. Called Saturday and told another 24 hours. Called today and was informed to call the lab directly, is not open or performing tests on Sunday, which would tell me that it will NOT be 24 hours, and with the holiday weekend it will actually be 96+ hours. This has been an extremely frustrating experience where what we have been told is running completely counter to our experience. read more

Understaffed!!!! Told to come before noon for a Covid test because they get busy. Arrived at 11:15, waited 20 minutes in line which wasn't a problem. Told to wait in my car and they would come out and it might be up to an hour. After 2 1/2 hours without being told anything, I went in and was told I was next, but the last person waiting was tested over an hour ago. Waited another 30 and went in to find out how much longer. They said it would be more than 5-10 min so I asked for a refund. They convinced me to come back in the morning but now I'll have to wait another day for the results. Currently going on my 4th hour of waiting to be tested for COVID. I checked in at 12:45 and have yet to be seen, needless to say I've been sitting in my car in the parking lot for 3+ hours, when I called to get a wait time I was on hold for 18 minutes to be told it would "just be a little longer." It's now been an hour past that and I'm still waiting. Hopefully I'll get my results in a timely manner, I am a very understanding person but would be nice to have a little more communication as to wait times, I could've been at home this whole time! I was told I needed to check into emergency right away due to an aneurysm that showed up in a CT scan. I asked if it was urgent, and the the doctor at Care said he wouldn't wait to the end fo the day if he was in my shoes. So, I had my wife come home from work and drive me in just in case the aneurysm should burst while driving, alarmed at the emergency. I waited for a long time where they didn't seem at all concerned only to be told it was no emergency whatsoever, and barely worth mentioning. They rolled their eyes and said things are too often referred to emergency by Care Medical Group that are not emergencies at all. They said there was some enlargement of my aorta but nothing of immediate concern but to have it checked by a thoracic surgeon for annual monitoring. After a year, nothing had changed. I have been here several time and overall my experience has been good experience. Its a walk in clinic so away expect a wait unless you get there first thing in the morning. They are almost always really busy but the receptionist do a great job of multitasking and do their best to help everyone. I have never seen anyone who woks there just playing on a cell phone. Covid testing: They are either understaffed or have a drastically unrealistic idea of how many people they can process in a given day. I showed up around 11:00 on a Monday and they had a sign on their door that said they were out of tests, come back tomorrow. I checked their website, and called ahead and was told to arrive early as they run out of tests quickly. They open at 8, I arrived at 8:05 and got in line behind about a dozen other folks. About 8:30, I get my paperwork and go to the car to fill it out. Sign on the paperwork table says to expect a 3 hour wait. Annoying, but at least I've been warned. Paperwork says to text the number given with my name and car color and model when finished, so I do. I get a text back with instructions and a 1 hour estimated wait time. Paperwork says expect a 2 hour wait time. I wait three hours and call the clinic to find out what is going on. I get an apology and am told I am next in line. About ten minutes later I get a text that says move to the next waiting area to be checked in. I do so, a gal comes out and takes my payment and when asked, says it will be about a half hour until I'm out of there. I move to the next waiting area in the parking lot and sit for an hour and a half. It is now nearly six hours after I arrived and all the receptionist can tell me is that the lab person administering the test has been pulled into another procedure and she's not sure how long it will take. Will update if I am ever seen or if I give up in frustration. read more

I visited Care Medical Group with a flare up of pancreatitis. The receptionist was very friendly and got me checked in quickly. As other reviews mention, the wait time was quite long. I did go on a weekend so I expected a long wait, but it was still unpleasant. However, once I saw the doctor I was very pleased with the care I received. They were understanding of my condition and even ran labs that I didn't expect they could do (most can only be done at hospitals). The nurse was very skilled at the blood draw and I barely felt the needle. I had to be in a wedding later that day, and the doctor was able to accommodate my rush and was very understanding. CMG has been my go to place while living in Bellingham. As a student at Western it was so nice being able to find a place that took my insurance, provided amazing care, and was quick at their job! Going to Urgent Care places, you usually need to anticipate a wait simply because of the nature of the clinic, however, CMG never fails to get me in quickly and make sure everything I am there for is addressed and treated. I'm in the area from out of town and got a minor cut that started swelling, so I drove nearly 45 minutes tonight to get to this urgent care, as the website states they're open until 8pm. I arrived at 7:10 and was told that they do not take new patients after 7:00 so that they can close at 8pm. End of story. Nothing posted on their website to this effect, and there was only one other patient there so I can only assume that leaving at 8pm on the dot is more important to this establishment than actually treating patients. Hippocratic oath anyone? I will NOT even attempt to go to this location ever again and would discourage anyone else as well. read more

We originally saw a Dr. Ranada and he genuinely seemed concerned to get to my husbands problem, we were pretty impressed with him. Two days later we had a follow-up with Dr. Wei; talk about night and day. Horrible demeanor, very condescending, apparently we weren't giving him the answers he wanted to hear. The sign outside says "Express Care". I need to redo the sign to just "Care" as they have no clue what the word "Express" means. The was one person in the waiting area when I arrived today... While I was filling out the paperwork they called him in. I waited for over and hour and two other walkins came, went in and left. I finally had to leave as some of us have to work... While filling out paperwork there is a section that says u received the privacy paper work. When I asked about it she said it was posted around the place. I said but I have not received it so how can I sign a appear saying I did? She then reluctantly printed off a copy and handed it to me. I had checked into the front desk and told them my symptoms, which was shortness of breath and chest pain, I told them I had just had an asthma attack the day before and my doctor told me to come in urgently to the walk in (due to my normal PCP being overbooked and staffing issues). When I checked in the one girl had problems trying to put in my insurance and she couldn't get it to work and so she asked the other girl to help and she had absolutely no problem with it. They also seem rude when I was told to wait and then when I walked in she just looked at me and I didn't know what to do or if it was the right place to check, super confused and the staff was absolutely no help. Then I proceeded to wait over 2 HOURS, even though I told them I was struggling to breathe. I work in the medical field and we triage patients as well, so I was very upset there was no triage or anything they just told me to go to my car and wait for a phone call. Once I got called back to see the doctor all he told me was that there was nothing he could do because of covid and a nebulizer treatment would put others at risk. So then they sent me over to the ER. I just want to say I was VERY disappointed with the whole process, I literally waited over 2 hours just for the doctor to tell me to go to the hospital. read more

I have been going into Care Medical Group for several months now and all of the Doctors and PA's have been absolutely wonderful! The heart felt care that Dr. Wei showed me was so authentic that I felt very valued. The RN's and Medical Assistants have all been great too. My husband recently had a heart attack and staff have shown us such concern and care that it is so reassuring! The wait has never been very long and the staff truly cares about you! I have also been going to the PT office that is right next door and the staff and PT is terrific there too! I would recommend these offices to anyone! read more

I wished these things would permit 0 stars. My son just went there with a badly cut, bleeding hand. Because he didn't have his aetna card on him they wouldn't help him. In the 4 minutes it took for me to download a copy of the card from the Aetna site and email it to him they informed him that since it was 8:00 PM and they closed at 9:00 PM they wouldn't accept him as a patient (it was 7:59 PM). And they had zero patients in the waiting room! Clearly they staff simply wanted to go home. I came to your facility on 11/17 for a basic pre-work TB skin test. I was greeter by two front desk people who were nice but more interested in their cell phone than me. I was informed at first I had to see a physician as it was my first time there - then the other secretary informed me I didn't and to please wait it should be fast. In the end I waited over 2.5 hours for a basic TB skin test. I was never updated on why it took so long. I had to repeatedly go up to the desk and ended up looking like "that angry customer" and was constantly told "it'll just be a few more minutes" never bothering to actually get up and investigate why it was taking so long. In the end the aide who did my skin TB test informed me that the secretary had placed the folder in the wrong spot in the wrong section and apologized. So what should have taken maybe 20 minute wait was over 2.5 hours of my time. I didn't feel appreciated, cared for, or respected. If you're in customer service you should be a step ahead and always coming to the customers and informing them of any unnecessary or additional wait times I shouldn't have to continue to approach your desk. Additionally the attitude received at the front desk is beyond acceptable. Shame on your facility. I would never ever recommend someone to go there. read more
