Are you even kidding me? This place is awful. My daughter walked in with a concussion and they turned her away and refused to see her because she hurt herself at work. How is that even legal??? They knew she had a concussion and asked her to come back after talking to HR. What in the actual hell? Poor thing had to get herself all the way home while faint and nauseous. Fortunately, she went some place else and was seen promptly. This is bs and sounds like this clinic is too lazy to process paperwork and clearly does not care about their patients. read more

Two nights ago, I got a call from my buddy saying that he was in a bad wreck while mountain biking, and needed a ride to urgent care. I typed in urgent care and chose the closest one (without checking reviews... mistake!) We got to Super Track UC and waited for 15 minutes or so as my buddy was filling out paperwork, and as we were waiting, I noticed a dog behind the counter. Never really seen that in any medical setting before, but didn't think much of it. Then, my buddy gets called back and I'm waiting with another friend in the waiting room. Then my buddy comes back out, and as we're in the car, he's telling the rest of us what happened when he was in the back. While he was back there, the nurse mentioned that the doctor would be a second, because he was *walking the dog.* Then, when the doctor came in, the dog followed, dropped the ball from his mouth, and proceeded to SNIFF my buddy's fresh wounds. I don't know if that's malpractice or not, but that should absolutely not happen!! I'd stay away from this one. read more

I got really excellent care from Dr Jason Chan and the team at Super Track Urgent Care. BETTER THAN MY PCP!! I would highly recommend ! I arrived at 1.30 in the afternoon before a major holiday and I got right in, I was seen immediately and the doctor was very good. I received the necessary prescriptions and was in and out within maybe 30 minutes. Really splendid! read more

The doctor explained the different things he thought might be my problem and asked which of the solutions I wanted to take. BIG warning to not accept the "nasal swab" test for sinus, etc. due to the extremely high bill. The walk in clinic wasn't in network and I expected a typical out of network expense. I did not expect at 750.00 bill for one nasal swab. They don't tell you that the bill will be extremely high. It's a racket and a ripoff. It's a major scam. read more

earlier this year i went in due to a sore throat that felt like strep. it's the closest urgent care to me and i was so weak i could barely walk or speak. they (rudely) turned me away because having a sore throat was a "covid symptom" even thought i had tested negative three times. throat infection ended up spreading and i was in the hospital for three days because it went untreated for so long. skip this place and just go to the ER. read more

I had a feminine issue that I felt warranted a much mire emergent response, but it didn't seem lije the receptionist OR doctor even gave a hoot. My experience here was beyond what was expected for an urgent care clinic. The visit was professional and compassionate from start to finish. Office staff was proficient and friendly. I've came here 3 separate times and every single time they've told me that they're busy and I could come back later that day or the next day. No sense of urgency for calling themselves an urgent care.. not to mention the place was empty and yet they still wouldn't see me until hours later. Staff is also not very friendly or professional. I came here after a dirty needle stick at work. When you are punctured by a contaminated object at work, your employers L&I is supposed to foot the bill. When I initially arrived the staff seemed a little confused about how to proceed. They got the L&I paperwork out and marked it incorrectly, so I did not sign all of the needed spots. Alright, no problem - I drove back the next week on my free time (I live 40 minutes away from this urgent care as I commute to work) and we corrected the paperwork. After this, I guess they did nothing with it, because my L&I claim was denied and this urgent care is now trying to bill me for my 2 blood draws - even though they are the ones who messed up. I have called them out on this multiple times, and was asked to send a photo of the bill I have been receiving from the urgent care.... as if I don't have enough on my plate working in health care through a pandemic, and as if they aren't the ones sending it. Watch out for this urgent care. If they can't do their paperwork correctly, it may cost you a lot of money. It also makes me question the competency of ALL staff involved. Avoid this place unless you want unresolved issues they refuse to simply handle. read more

I'm on the fence about this place. Part of my hearing aid broke, leaving part of the device stuck deep in my ear canal. The dome tip was up against my eardrum, which was uncomfortable.I showed up with my insurance card and drivers license. Check-in was slow (I was the only patient), so I asked to be seen and then I'd complete paperwork after this thing was out of my ear. Nope! The assistant was great after she ushered me into a room. But yuck! They have a big long haired dog who walked right through the closed exam room curtain to come drop drool onto my leg. Sorry, but it was so unhygienic! The assistant asked if I was okay with the dog and I said no. After Phoebe the Filthy Mutt was escorted out, dropping two brown gifts of who-knows-what on the floor, I met the doctor in a different room. On the plus side: it took a couple tries, but he got the device out. He also saw a small wire was still trapped inside my ear which he could not remove. It was so thin, I'm impressed he saw it. The assistant successfully flushed the wire out with warm water. Yay team! So, my problem was solved. But the dog creeped me out and made me think the place is dirty. I'll go back to Family Care Urgent Care from now on. read more

I went in because I had blood in my stool for multiple days consistently. The women that checked me in was very warm and kind but the physician named Larissa was horrible. She rinsed her hands with water, no soap, put the paper towel on top of the trash can, and wouldn't wear her mask properly or stay 6 feet away. The woman who checked me in gave her a hemorrhoid test kit since I fit that diagnosis, working 12 hours a day for over a week straight regularly. But because I'm only 23 and I'm sure doing a fecal test isn't enjoyable, she refused and told me to swallow a tablespoon of olive oil everyday instead and eat more vegetables. Incredibly disappointed in her professionalism and ability to effectively serve her patients. Would not recommend seeing the physician named Larissa. Abhorrent. read more

As a health care provider from out of state when I recently had a family situation where my husband was sick and scheduled for major surgery we used Super Track. He was worsening after a viral illness and we needed not only treatment but coordination of care with the surgeon. We tried the hospital Same Day Clinic to coordinate the care- however, the waiting room was full of sick adults and children and there was a sign outside warning of long wait times. We came to Super Track where the waiting room was empty. We were courteously received. And seen promptly. Dr. Sean Bozorgzadeh, MD who saw us is not only the co-director of the clinic but is also a director and provider of services in the Peacehealth ER. He not only took care of our acute issue but took the time to coordinate the care with our cardiologist and surgeon. Another asset to their clinic is having a naturopathic doctor as well. He did nor provide our care but was very attentive and knowledgeable. As a parent, not wanting to expose a sick child to antibiotics seeing a naturopath in a same day clinic is an amazing service as there are many interventions that can be done that promote healing and comfort. I would definitely recommend their services! Why wait for average services when you can have the best quickly! read more

I came into this office on a Saturday morning with an allergic reaction to an antibiotic I was taking. No one was at the desk. I knew someone must work there, because an ice cream soda was next to where a person should be, so I waited. Someone turned up after a few minutes and told me to wait. She didn't ask if I was in pain or how urgent it was. Then she went away. I could see through the door that she was carefully dust mopping the hallway. That was apparently more important than finding out what was wrong and what I needed. After a while she came back and asked if I had an appointment. This is supposed to be a WALK IN URGENT CARE PLACE I left. I intend to complain to the parent company. Unprofessional. read more

We were absolutely mortified with the level of care provided by these people. Please do not seek care for your loved ones here! My husband took his 79 year old mother there because a severe chest cold had her bedridden. She was wheezing with every breath. The doctor who saw her said it was a good thing he brought her in, she had the beginning stages of pneumonia and likely would have had to be admitted to the hospital in a few days if she didn't get help. They didn't do chest X-rays to confirm. She was seen in the afternoon on Saturday, and we were supposed to pick up her antibiotics, except... they never called them in. We contacted multiple pharmacies to see if they had received her prescription, just in case. It was just never sent. This shame of a medical practice is closed on Sundays and has no option to contact an on call doctor. They never gave her paper work for the visit that we could show her primary doctor when we were forced to contact the on call doctor at her primary physician's office. They also never sent over details about her visit. Without anything we could show her doctor's office concerning her visit yesterday we were told to take her to the ER tonight, where they explained that a chest X-ray should have been done, and she was in urgent need of antibiotics. We are so thankful that she received competent care tonight and is going to be ok. We don't want anyone else to go through the experience she had today. PLEASE take your family somewhere else! Will be sharing our experience with family and friends. Shame on you, Super Track. If you don't care, you have no business caring for human lives and well beings. My son's finger was extremely infected and decided to swing by this convenient new walk in clinic. We were seen within 10 minutes. I loved that they have an in-house pharmacy so we walked out with medication in hand and this morning we are already seeing great improvement! I highly recommend Super Track. read more
