Something like $300 for the very first visit. Not in the budget. Living Social was my saving grace. They offered up a super great deal just prior to Thanksgiving and I jumped on it. Who diets DURING the holidays?! Me. I am a beast that enjoys a challenge. Let me be clear. This plan requires extreme mental preparedness and discipline. The first couple of days, I told my husband that I literally could have gnawed off my own forearm. It is a very restrictive caloric diet regimen to start.
