I believe this is one of the best walk in clinics. The staff was very professional, caring, and friendly. I was able to make an appointment online and do all my paperwork ahead of time. I waited about 5 minutes to be seen. Place was very clean too. Highly recommend. read more

Went in to get a TB blood test for school and let the receptionist know that's what I needed when I walked in and waited 45mins. I was then put in room and overheard the staff talking about my care aloud but then was told to put in a room. Waited an another half hour to be seen by the doctor for him to ask that I needed a script for the blood test. To which I told him no I needed the test done. And he told me they were unable to do the test anymore and the script would be taken to a Quest to be completed. Then charged me 20$ for said script, when I could have gone to my physician for it. Going here for years for DOT physical now today they came up with a new role. They want doctors notes on any prescriptions that I've taken. I'm only taking blood pressure for a reason, but they cannot give me a DOT physical because I don't have doctor notes? called Suncoast urgent care and they do not need doctor notes to do a DOT physical. FYI, avoid this place at any cost. If you are doing a DOT physical total nightmare I have two days until my DOT physical expires and it's gonna cost me $180 to get it reinstated. read more

After the "doctor " came in to see me and I explained in detail about my back history, he was very negative and resistant to any thoughts I had regarding my issues. And he told me I was non compliant, as he was adamant about me going to the hospital. I've been through this for over 20 years. He told me he was only concerned about a lawsuit! What a douche in my opinion. Now- my neurosurgeon told me to avoid going here again, as what I needed was a basic injection. Probably the lowest I've ever felt about getting checked out in my life. The front staff was great (young girl with glasses), but as for the rest...pfffft!!!! The young lady who triaged made me feel like I was wasting her time, and the so-called Dr was a total joke. I went in with some pain, and he came in, listened to my breathe sounds (slightly), patted gently on my lower back and sent me on my way. Next time I will just got to the ER. Ridiculous. read more

I have been waiting for a refund since the end of August. I have called the billing number about 100 times and I never get called back. Only reason my check got sent out was because a kind lady in the front took care of it because the billing again never calls me back. However, it got sent to the wrong adress and they assured me a month ago that when they recieved it back they would call me. Its been so long and I just want to pay off my credit card. I have left messages explaining the people at the address they sent it too probably kept it but have yet to hear back from someone who can send it to the right adress or have me pick it up as promised. Overall would never recommend. Took me a month and a half to even get the refund because a manager took forever making the claim; they didnt bill my insurance at first and I was covered so they needed to refund me my $165. They must have new people there because I was hesitant on going when I saw the reviews but had an easy medical issue so I decided to make an appointment. Everyone was so nice and friendly. Ive had to come in here many times due to my primary being booked completely whenever I need immediate care. They are so sweet and so amazing, I've never had any issues! This place is awful!! Never going back here. The doctor touched my neck and miraculously came to a diagnosis. On top of that I called two days later to let them know he misdiagnosed me and the women hung up on me. I called back and was put on hold for 20 minutes. I'm beyond impressed with this walk in. I brought my mother in today for a gash in her head. 10 staples later they made my mother feel at ease, and took amazing care of her. The doctor Mrs. Eng, Sherri was amazing ! Such a sweet woman. The nurses and staff are also very nice. I will always recommend this place. read more

this place was absolutely traumatizing to say the least. i would go anywhere but here! i was recommended this place threw the college to complete my physical and immunization shots for my program. they not only never called me when my x-rays results were in like they said they would but the young blonde lady who began the process was beyond rude and made me feel extremely uncomfortable. she had no interest in helping me with my questions and made me feel dumb. i will never return here or recommend here. it is in your best interest to do the same. front desk was nice but the other lady who brought me back and took my blood pressure ruined it completely. read more

Very unprofessional! I came in for a tb test and a physical I was told I couldn't get the physical before the tb results came in so I left my physical form with them. Finally results were in which I was told someone would call me when they did that never happened, I had to call in myself to see if they were ready. When I came in the office to finally get my physical they had lost my form and asked me to get another one mind you my school is an hr away. I will never come back to this location even though it's the closest to my house. The girl at the front with long blond hair was very rude also! Just throw the whole place away! read more

I have had decent Care at the Care One located on Cortez. Today my daughter brought my Grandson to the County Line Location. The staff was friendly but the ARNP was extremely unprofessional. His name is Edward Smith. He spoke to my daughter very inappropriate over and over. He asked her age 3 times (she's almost 20) referring to her as an "irresponsible kid". Both of my daughters are in the medical field, polite and the opposite of irresponsible. He belittled her verbally on many occasions during the visit. I went up there to speak to him not only about the misdiagnosis but mainly about the insults he was flinging for no apparent reason. He immediately started talking over me and raised his voice significantly. (I'm sure the staff heard him) We were all in shock. Very unstable mentally... I would not be surprised if there are numerous complaints against him. Thank God for Yelp. read more
