It's been a year since I updated my review. All of the medical staff are very friendly and it's fun coming to see them except if I'm really sick. Dr Dr Kochno and Nick Strobbe a great doctors here. My General MD is Michael Strobbe in the Port Richey office. He's great too. If you're looking for a really good bunch of doctors come here or go to the office in Port Richey or New Port Richey. The wait times are terrible... you're never going to be there less than an hour and a half. The office staff is terrible and unprofessional. I was charged for services that I wasn't receiving, and when I asked for a refund, I became the bad guy. Dr. Nick Strobbe has always been a condescending, uncaring, cold fish who didn't even stay in the room long enough to sit down to speak to you. The only highlight of that office is Dr. Brad, who is amazing, and before him, the nurse practitioner before him, Nikki. Do yourself a favor, and avoid this practice like the plague! read more

Office Experience is absolutely horrendous. Waiting on referrals can take months. Leave message after message and receive no call backs. Go to office and they give excuses. The 3rd time I went to office I told them I was NOT leaving until I received referral and had to raise my voice. It wasn't until then did I get the attention of someone. Within 5 minutes I received a call on my cell from the gal who handles the referrals (Works fr home) and it was sent to specialist. I see the specialist and the number of sessions was not entered. Now we wait again. It has been another 3 weeks...waiting. Another trip back to the office. Please note the specialist has also called and followed up with zero response. Specialist mentioned that this is not unusual for this location. My husband has had the same issues. I am not the type of person to complain or write a negative review, but this is ridiculous. read more

I was sent to the hospital by Dr Kochno he is great the ambulance came for me they kept me Dr Strobe came in the next day and sent me home after I had 2 more of the same episodes like I had in the offe 2 when I was getting a test and 1 in my room Dr Strobe stillness me home not knowing what was causing it I told the hospital staff I didn't feel right at all but Dr Stobe still sent me home Dr kochno would never have done this i am home now but not feeling right I just don't know what to do Dr Kochno is great it's Dr Strobe that in my opinion don't give a shit so now what do I do I am stuck because I like Dr Kochno he is good read more

1.5 hour wait. My time is valuable, they continue to waste it. Set follow up appointments then have no idea why you're there. They review test results, badly, while you're in the appointment. Inaccurate prescription called in, took 4 calls then an email to get it corrected. read more

This clinic is terrible. The staff doesn't want to be here, the doctors are late, your appointment will never be on time. I can't remember when they didn't over charge my insurance or try to double bill be on a visit. I'm not sure how they're still in business but here we are. Be wary if you're a walk-in. Be prepared to wait 45 minutes after your "scheduled time." If you can, and please spare yourself, go to the one in New Port Richey. read more

I have been seeing Dr. Nicolas Strobbe since I moved here in Aug 2018. I have been really sick all weekend and called early this morning they told me to come in a 3:00 pm the system went down it is now 4:37 and have to go find an urgent care center. This is totally unacceptable they have no back up plan in place. What happened to taking notes and writing a prescription. They can always enter the info when the system comes up. But they refused to do it so you have an entire staff sitting around doing nothing untill the system comes back up ....SMH read more

Just another doctors office that only cares about money. They're absolutely no help and the reception is no help. I've been seen 3 and given medicine that doesn't work but I have to be "seen" in person for them to change my medicine. read more

I wouldn't even give Gulf Coast a one star! I went to both the Spring Hill location, & the New Port Richie location, so this applies to both. So basically I would say that if you have medical problems and need to be closely monitored, STAY AWAY! I never saw the doctor, each time I went I saw a different resident MD. And every time I went, they would ask me why I'm there. They are more concerned about all the paperwork being done than about you. The residents you see know nothing about you so they keep their face in the computer instead of on you. They never made sure that you're prescriptions are sent in or refills are done. They always try to "up-sell" you for different procedures. You just get that feeling everyone is there just for the money (including the Dr.) The final straw was after going there for a year and a half, the Dr asked me who is taking care of my diabetes? Duh. Then it took them 3 months to to finally get me on insulin! Find another Dr!!! Not recommended! read more
