At 2:00 pm, I received a call from the clinic asking me to come earlier, at 3:00 pm. I asked for permission to cut short my shift at work, which was granted. Consequence: No Pay for the time I didn't work. Anyway, I arrived at the clinic at 3:00 pm but they kept me waiting until after 4:00 pm which I considered as non professional at all. Parking is moderately small and fluctuates as well due to other clinics next to this one. Ex: dental clinic, & dyna life. The staff are pleasant and very helpful to a certain extent. I'll definitely be checking in here when I get sick or until these doctors are accepting new patients to their practice. Anyways, have fun shopping for your own doctor. It seems that every time that I went in he was yelling at me about something even when there was nothing to be upset about it at all so he was a very confusing man and a very angry man so yes, I believe that he should go to anger management and also take a course and how to deal with people in a friendly manner... The male Dr. That was working there on July 31st was fantastic. He made my child feel Very comfortable and listened to him and me about what happened. He informed me exactly what he wanted to do for my son. He ended up having to get a stitch to a gash on the right side of head and this dr and the assisting nurse were amazing. They even brought out a toy chest where my son was able to pick up 3 little Toys. They did their best to make him comfortable during this very traumatic moment. They do not have basic human compassion and obviously do not know how to treat someone with dignity. Someone that had knee surgery 3 days ago can`t and shouldn't be sitting and waiting in pain on some cheap uncomfortable chair for almost an hour. What is wrong with these people? What kind of healthcare is this?! It is a shame where our tax money goes and how we are being treated by the staff of this facility. I was so impressed with Dr. Baies. I've had lots of doctors since I left Ontario, but none have come close to my family doc there. Dr. Baies made me feel secure that I had found my new family doctor. She is a very good listener, she's thorough in her tests and questions, and her guidance on several medical matters have given me confidence in her. I like this clinic too. The nurses are very friendly. It seems they've all been there for a while and there's a feeling that I'm in really good hands when I'm there. It can be quite a wait to see Dr. Baies, I've been told, as she's a very popular doctor. Bring a book and keep your afternoon open. But I've been fairly successful getting in quickly. It's slower during the early afternoon, but I did have to wait over 6 weeks to get in for an annual check-up.
