When I tell you that I downloaded this app for the first time specifically to write this one star review because it was that bad I mean it. I went in with ear pain and was really struggling to identify the problem myself. I went to this location as they had helped me greatly before, but now that I was by myself it seemed to be different. When I was placed in my room, I was sat for over 30 minutes by myself while almost every staff was in the back chatting it up in the break room. I opened the door multiple times trying to signal I needed "urgent care" only to get absolutely nothing for that time I was sitting there. When someone finally came in, I was diagnosed with an inflammation in the ear and given antibiotic ear drops to help with it. I used those ear drops the moment I got them, as prescribed, and they only made my situation worse. Now I have to either go back, or go to my own doctor's office. I am never going back to this location again. read more

The female doctor Refused healthcare to my wife because she did not want to participate in a swab. the doctor could not diagnose my wife based on an examination Without relying on results from a swab.....sad these are "professionals" and the treatment she received in the waiting room was horrid. Well, it looks like it's time to update my review. I still stand by the fact that the people I interacted with were quite nice. What they didn't tell me is that the visits are not covered by insurance in the same way that other urgent care locations are. In giving them a co-pay and my insurance info, I thought I was all set. A few months later I find out that not only do I owe them over $200 in bills, but they didn't notify me of this in any obvious way so they've sent a collection agency after me. I called to see what the deal was and the nice woman on the phone admitted that this happens a lot and that they are supposed to inform us of this prior to the appointment. I didn't get the memo. Know before you go: you will probably pay much more for this visit than you would if you went to your PCP's urgent care and they don't always make sure you understand this. 2.2 out of 5 makes perfect sense. Awful experience NP is dismissive says go to the emergency room for stomach problems they're nothing I can do here. So then why even open an urgent care or have a sign things you don't deal with so people aren't paying money for no reason. Rude and extremely flippant. After a condescending tone with my girl I finally said whatever then the NP turned around and confronted me and said WHAT. Keep in mind her body left the threshold of the door she could have just kept walking but instead she was wanted the confrontation, soI'm not shy I told her what was bothering me and there's a reason why so many bad reviews. So I guess they think everyone is crazy who wrote a bad review or more than likely they need to look inward, and focus on treating people more respectfully. Then she started pointing to some random sign no tolerance and threatened to call the police as if my freedom to express myself is not allowed under law. My freedom of speech overrides your sign. So I guess if this person goes to any restaurant and the food is bad or they throw hair in her food, she just takes it and says, maybe next time and doesn't express any disappointment? You don't always get the results you want in life but there's a way to say something and not say something. They did not even tell her to get well soon. Probably end up paying 150 for this nonsense. I called before arriving at your Stoughton location because I was vomiting uncontrollably and had blood in my vomit. the healthcare provider who attended to me refused to give me an IV (even though the whole reason I called and asked for an IV was to get one, which I was told they'd give me). I was basically rushed out of the appointment (only 2 other people waiting) and told tough it up but they didn't see an issue. within 3 hours I was in the ER, where I stayed for almost 3 days hooked up to fluids. i wasted time, money, and energy to come here to only end up in a worse situation. your providers refusal of care showed lack of professionalism and honestly, lack of quality. read more

Service seemed fine but turned out to be a terrible experience. I was prescribed medicine that caused severe headaches and couldn't sleep. People were very nice but the wrong prescription was a real problem. "Urgent Care" may be a misnomer. read more

The nurse practitioner told me a week ago that I was "self diagnosing" with migraines after I explained to her a week long migraine alongside dizziness and other symptoms, and told me I "just have a headache" I was diagnosed with inter-cranial hypertension- excess fluid in my brain causing extreme pressure, resulting in a lumbar puncture and a rare diagnosis of this condition alongside a lifetime of medication and a hospital stay. To the nurse practitioner that let me leave this establishment feeling belittled and silly, despite my insisting that SOMETHING WAS WRONG, don't ignore the next person. This could have been life or death. Do not go here if you want anyone to take care of you or listen to your symptoms. read more

Went in with a sudden rash and itching due to a medication I now know, I'm allergic to. The visit went well. I was told I was being prescribed 2 meds and they would call them into the pharmacy I indicated on the paperwork I filled out. They didn't send the prescriptions. The pharmacy has no record of it and they checked all of the Walgreen's on the system for me. I called Urgent care and got their answering service. I have received no call back that they have rectified their oversight from yesterday. And they just sent me a survey via text. DO NOT believe their website or the wording on their front door when you walk in because even though it states "last patient seen 15 minutes before closing" they make up their own rules. We showed up with a child running 102 fever to be seen at 7:38 (they close at 8) and they turned us away. Said they stopped seeing patients but I reminded them of what their policy states and I was STILL turned away. I wish there was a zero stars option. I have never been more disgusted with a business as I am with Care Central in Stoughton. Made an appointment for a rapid Covid test, they ask you to arrive 20 minutes early so we did. They called immediately to get your credit card payment, which was charged immediately. We then sat in our car waiting for an hour and a half...including the 20 minutes they ask you to arrive early we sat outside in the parking for almost 2 hours. I watched and there was no one entering or exiting the building. Finally went inside to ask if we'd been missed? The receptionist was so rude and disrespectful! The doctor and assistant had quite a time resolving what should have been a routine procedure. As it turned out it was a lengthy process. I have been to this location about 3 to 4 times in the past few years for various reasons and have always found them attentive, professional, and caring. The reception/office area is very clean. I was there yesterday for a sinus infection. I made the appointment online and was promptly checked in and seen. The male nurse who took my vitals was very friendly, and Katie, the NP, was excellent; both were very efficient. One time there I witnessed the staff having to deal with a man who was obviously looking for drugs. He wanted a precription filled. The staff kept very level-headed explaining to him that he had to go back to see the doctor or PCP, whoever ordered the original script. Thankfully, he stormed off, but kudos to the staff for remaining so calm. read more

This place used to be decent before Covid hit. Since Covid hit you call and call and call and no one answers. You leave a message on their service no call back. Then they shut off their answering service o. If you do manage to get through the associates are of little to no help. They've now changed the way they do Covid so now you can get through on the phone but they have no room to take you. read more

I went for Covid 19 testing. The guy who did it was very nice but didn't seem to be wearing enough PPE. He just had a surgical mask on and no face shield. Then the print out they gave me said I would get my results in 2-3 days. I called on day 3 and was told it takes 7-14 days for a result. What is even the point of the test after that long? I could be over the virus by the same I get an answer (presuming I had it). Overall, this was a terrible experience (despite the nice guy performing the test) and I wish I went somewhere else. read more

This place is a complete rip off. i assume its partly my own fault but i went in cause i felt dizzy. they ran some tests and xrays. 2 months later $450 bill and 3 months later they up it to $650. not one time did they tell me my insurance would not cover the visit. complete scam. read more

I've taken myself and my daughter to this location numerous times and had great experiences every time. The staff are all polite and kind and I've never waited longer than half an hour to be seen. I'm surprised it has the reviews it does, I've only ever had very pleasant experiences here. (Well, as pleasant as needing to be in urgent care can be lol). read more

My family has been going to this the Stoughton location for many years. At first they were great. Dr. Wilson and her associate provided great care. Over the past few years the service has changed. The NP's are somewhat rude and short with me and my kids. I never wanted to say anything I just chalked it up to stress. However, last week my daughter when in because her asthma was acting up and it was a weekend. I'm not sure if he was a Dr or a NP but he wrote her a prescription for Flovent but wrote the instructions for Pro-Air. This could have been a horrible situation if it weren't for the awesome pharmacist at CVS who knew it wasn't right. She had to call him to find out which medication he intended for her to take. I've never felt more compelled to write a review. The customer service, or lack thereof, needs to improve drastically. The person who called me to ask questions before my Covid test must've skipped the training on phone etiquette because she was nothing but rude and disrespectful. I know that if I were to speak to a customer/client in the way in which she spoke to me, I would no longer have a job. I'm sure there are many pleasant people who work here, so it's a shame that one person can leave such a sour taste -- it's evident some people do not belong in a customer-facing role and the person I spoke to today is proof of that. Let's just say I came here for urgent care and walked away with a law suit. This business (because let's be clear here, that's what it is - a for-profit business, NOT a doctor's office) mishandled every step along the way - from the actual medical services and advice, to medical coding, to diagnostics, to billing, to customer service, to the general way they speak to patients who have an issue. They made an error, threw me for a loop (like I had to call every day and they placed me on hold or told me they would call me back and never did), while I tried to figure out what was going on, and then spoke down to me when they finally conceded that it was, in fact, their error. The second time they called my mothers number as she is the policy holder for my insurance thinking it was me. My sister scheduled an appointment and they texted her saying she was registered and checked in and then they said she never had an appointment. Staff was VERY rude, disorganized, and careless. I have used this location several times and have never had any issues until today (2/25/20). I went in with my son and when arrived, receptionist was on phone and after about a few minutes, she told the person in the other line that she had to go because someone was waiting. When she hung up i went up to the desk and proceeded to tell her my reason for the visit. She was able to pull up my account and informed me that i had a $13 balance from 2 years ago. I gave her my credit card and paid the balance. I them proceeded to tell her my son's insurance might be out of date and provided to her the new policy number. I verbally gave her the number and she put in the system. She told me it didn't take so i told her i would check with the policy holder and confirmed with her that it was active and should work. At that point , a nurse came out from the offices and sat behind the desk with the receptionist. The receptionist asked her if she know Why the card would not be work. At this point I moved to the waiting area because I thought they were going to figure out what was wrong. I sat in the waiting area with my son for about 10 minutes. I then overheard that they were talking about an apartment and that was when I went back up to the desk to ask her what is going on. The receptionist told me again that it was not working so I asked her what I should do. She told me to call the insurance company to find out. I called the insurance company (BCBS). Insurance company informed me that policy should work and everything is active. I relayed this information to the receptionist and she said well there's nothing I can do. I asked her if she can call to get confirmation that it is working. She then told me that it is not her job to call and that there's something wrong with my policy. I again told her that I had just called and I was informed that everything is active and should be working. She then told me that she does not have time to call insurance companies because she has lots of patients. There was not another person in the waiting area except myself and my son at this time. Another patient had just walked in while this was going on. I asked her could it be a issue with her system and she insisted her system was fine. So i said there is nothing else she can do to help resolve this or offer any other solution. She then proceeded to say i was rude and that she did not want to help me. I was not rude or disrespectful throughout this interaction. I was visibly aggravated for the lack of customer service on her part. I asked her for her name but she would not tell me. My son was feeling very sick so i decided to leave. I went to Partners urgent care in Canton and my policy was fine and was seen within 15 minutes. System glitches happen all the time but the lack of willingness to go beyond the ordinary to help from this receptionist is quite sad given the environment she works in. You will lose customers if her behavior is not corrected. While i dont believe that the customer is always right but most people are reasonable and employees should be trained to offer solutions and assistance even if it means having to go above the norm. I went to the Stoughton Care Central on 7/6/2020 at 3:15pm. I callled the office before I left my own office at 3:00pm. The voicemail clearly that you did not need to register on line, you just needed to show up and call them from the parking lot when you got there. OK, no problem, until I got there. There were already 3 cars waiting, which didn't seem too bad. I parked and got out, saw the same sign on the door to call from your car, so I went back to the car and the calling began. 3:32pm, their number went to a voicemail retrieval system, 3:33 pm, their number went to a voicemail retrieval system, 3:34 pm their number went to a voicemail retrieval system, 3:36 pm a person answered, I explained that I was in the parking lot waiting to be tested for COVID and then informed him that the phones were going to a voicemail retrieval system instead of ringing the office. He snappily stated that it was because there were "so many people calling in at the same time" (as if each person could possibly know that others are also calling). I asked him if I someone was outside that I needed to speak to and he replied "no just wait", and hung up the phone. I called back at 3:38 pm assuming that he would need some sort of information, but he picked up the phone and hung up it without even acknowledging me on the other end. The woman in the second car then got out and found out from the woman in the first car that he had told her the wait was an hour. No problem, sit and wait. Well there was a problem. The male came out at 4:20 pm and then tested the first car and the second car. He was refusing to test the lady in the third car then had the nerve to come to my car and say "You're not on the list for testing so I can't test you. You had to register and you're not registered, so you have to leave". I told him that I called the office and spoke with him and he told me to just wait outside, he said that I wasn't going to be tested and I had to move my car out of the line after waiting over an hour. I asked him his name and he refused to give it to me and he walked away. I then started calling the inside of the clinic and of course no-one answered. I called the Easton location and they were shocked that was the experience I had. They registered and tested me within an hour. I am in the healthcare field and found the behaviors of this staff and the process at this site to be exactly what people complain about as the reasons for why they do not seek care. Disrespectful staff, belligerent attitudes, dismissiveness when people are seeking help, all behaviors that are unacceptable as "Care Providers". The staff at this location need training on how to handle and manage stress, and plain old customer service. I do NOT recommend this site for anyone who needs care. care providers should be compassionate, and they,at least he, is not. Insurance companies should be made aware of how this site is treating their members. read more

So Yesterday I had a 102.4 Temperature. I went to this place for the first time and showed up about 3.50PM. I did not know they closed at 4.00PM until I got to the front door. I came in and apologized and asked if they could help me. This guy says they are closed a have Tons of people in the back that still have not been waited on. They're must be have been an Uber convention of sick people because the parking lot was empty! I realize that this place is not an ER thank God but come on. Especially because they are new how about some compassion? I only hope the SeniorCitizens get treated better. It is a shame. read more

I used to love this place. But after my last visit, I will go elsewhere. I had a serious sinus infection and my ear and face were swollen. Had a fever three days prior. The NP was not her usual kind self, and seemed to just want to rush me out. Refused to prescribe an antibiotic. Two days later I had to see my doctor because my throat was inflamed and I had cellulitis of the face! I had a bacterial sinus infection and should have been given an antibiotic in the first place. So I suffered way longer than I had to. Never using this place again. read more

My children and I have been in to Urgent Care on a few occasions. I went today at 10am because I had an issue and couldn't get an appointment with my regular DR. I was at he pharmacy by 11 am picking up my medication to help me to start heeling. They listened to my complaints and gave me a treatment plan. Everyone is respectful, professional and friendly. Today I dealt with Morgan and Jamie. Pleased with both of them and would highly recommend going here. Knowing I can get great care so close to home makes me relieved and grateful. I went to this Walk In Clinic last week and was told that my co-pay would be $60. I only pay $60 for a Specialist. The front desk woman and I went back and forth about this and she ended up calling my Insurance Company. She just kept saying they are a Tier 2 specialist and that is how they bill it. After 5 minutes of her repeating the same statement to my Insurance Company, I said I am leaving. They also want a credit card in case your insurance company doesn't pay the bill. Well, my insurance company probably wouldn't have paid the bill if I didn't have a referral (which I need for a specialist). I went to the Minute Clinic and paid the $20 copay and saw a very nice NP who helped me with my issue. read more

This morning, I cut my finger when a glass dropped out of my hand. I wrapped it and after a while, the bleeding stopped but it was painful so thought I might need stitches and perhaps a piece of glass had been trapped. After calling Care Central Urgent Care in Easton, I was screened and asked questions to make sure that I did not have symptoms of Covid-19 or had been exposed. They told me to drive over, and call from the parking lot, which I did. Immediately, I was met at the door, temperature taken and ushered inside. It took about 25 minutes for me to be checked in, brought to a room and have my finger soaking. A short while later, I was checked and received steri-strips ( spelling?) and a large butterfly bandage as well as a splint to keep the finger straight. Very impressed with the promptness and thoroughness at this visit and would recommend it to anyone needing urgent care in the Easton area. Whole time for visit was under an hour and will definitely use them again if the need arises. read more

I recently visited Carecentral for an acute skin rash and was very pleased with the cleanliness, efficiency and professionalism. I was seen by the PA within 10 minutes of arriving and found her to be attentive and thorough. I was especially impressed when another medical assistant made a follow up phone call 3 days later to see how I was doing. Excellent urgent care facility and good to have in Stoughton. read more
