Apparently she had already spoken with the director of the school and told she was absent. All communication should start with my daughter first.

My experience with their office was frustrating from beginning to end. The problems started before my first appointment. My doctor's office sent my referral, and I followed up with Endeavor multiple times because they continued to say they didn't have the necessary information. Eventually, a different receptionist told me she would contact my doctor's office directly to straighten it out. Despite all of that, when I arrived for my first appointment, I was once again told they didn't have my referral. I could see in MyChart that it had been sent, and I had already spoken with multiple people at Endeavor about it. The billing problems were even worse. My Sendero insurance benefits clearly state that rehabilitative physical therapy has a $50 copayment per visit. Endeavor initially told me I was responsible for much more because I supposedly had to meet my entire out-of-pocket amount before the $50 copay would apply. I contacted Sendero twice, and both times they confirmed that my physical therapy copay was $50. I ultimately stopped going to Endeavor after five visits, in large part because dealing with the administrative and billing issues had become so frustrating. I paid Endeavor $250, covering five visits at my $50 copay, specifically to square up my account. Weeks later, Endeavor charged my credit card another $110 without contacting me first to discuss the disputed balance. My insurance documentation still clearly states "$50.00 Copayment per Visit." I am now having to dispute this additional charge with my credit card company. This isn't about the quality of the physical therapists themselves. My complaint is specifically about the way the South Austin office handled my referral, insurance benefits, account, and billing. There were repeated opportunities to get these issues corrected, and instead I spent an unreasonable amount of time making calls and trying to straighten out problems that should never have been mine to solve. Healthcare is stressful and expensive enough without patients having to repeatedly police a provider's administrative and billing practices. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Endeavor Physical Therapy South Austin.

This goes back to the management of this facility who's only goal is to provide prison quality care. The things I saw and experienced while my mom was here are frightening. I saw unattended elderly patients left on the floor as they slid out of their wheelchairs. They have what appears to be VERY FEW staff members overnight, leaving patients that require round the clock care neglected. They allowed my quadriplegic mother to fall out of her bed twice, sending her to the hospital for brain scans. It was often unclear who was "in charge". The support from the social worker was nearly nonexistent. My wife filed a complaint with the state. I would urge anyone considering this facility to find another. The last straw was when we called to ask about my mother's status and one of the nurses responded "I don't have time for this shit!". We are at Westminster on MoPac now, which seems a million times more professional. I don't know where all the money the families and insurance companies pay is going to, but very little is flowing back to the facility. Most is likely going to the high net worth investors that make up the ownership of Juniper Village as part of its real estate "portfolio". If the thought of your loved one silently lying on the floor, ignored and abandoned like my mother was, wondering when someone would discover her after she bashed her head in on the night stand due to an improperly configured hospital bed fills you with dread AVOID JUNIPER!

At Ally, the doc had a conversation and let me have a voice in my care plan. She actually seemed like she cared about what was going on with me even though we didn't really figure it out. She made she I was safe to go about life and try to figure it out with my pcp, which was all I needed. I had seen the Ally logo around but didn't know what it was.
