I've been using Carefree since moving to Florida, about 8years. They are the best I've seen or worked with and I work with quite a few as a Home Inspector. I've never had an issue with them. Very attentive to their job making sure they explain what they are doing and making sure you don't have any questions or problem areas they need to take care of. My wife and I have used Tim on two separate occasions and he has been extremely helpful in getting rid of our Ghost Ant problem. We had attempted to battle the "ant menace" through the use of Big Box Store sprays and liquid baits but nothing ever seemed to fully get rid of them. After battling Ghost Ants for weeks through nightly kitchen cleanings, sprays and traps we finally broke down and hired a professional. Tim was very responsive both via call and text. He outlined his plan for ant removal prior to arriving and was flexible in his scheduling. He showed up on time in a clean uniform and with clean equipment. He also took time to explain the potential harm (or lack thereof) for pets, once the poison dries. He sprayed in and out of our home, baited multiple locations and provided feedback for defending ourselves against ants in the future. After two weeks, he reached out to confirm our satisfaction and ended up coming out for a 2nd inspection at no additional cost. We are staying at a friend's condo and noticed powdery dust underneath their wicker dinette set. They were aware of it but thought it was just a defect. I suspected it was more. I searched Yelp and and found Carefree Pest Solutions with excellent reviews. We made an appointment. They were prompt and very thorough in uncovering the problem of a wood-eating beetle (probably an Old House Borer). Tim, the owner, explained it needed to be fumigated or discarded. Since fumigation was going to be $500 to $600, the condo owners decided to discard. Tim could not have been more professional or helpful. We recommend him highly. read more

I Hired Carefree Pest control to take care of a rat problem that had developed around my house, they had recently moved into the attic. Brian was fantastic; his quote came in about 1/2 the price of the other pest companies I interviewed. He took care of the problem the way " I wanted", (poison free). Did not require a long-term service contract. He worked with my impossible schedule, I think I had to reschedule about 8 times. He guaranteed his work, made suggestions to keep it from happening again, gave me suggestions on other pest problems that were starting to develop. Vacuumed up all the rat "sign' in the attic at no extra charge, another company wanted to charge an extra $250 for this. The service was top-notch and would recommend them for anyone's pest control needs. If every company would have this caliber of customer service and professionalism, there would be no need for companies to use service contracts to keep you locked in.
