I caught him acting inappropriately in the master closet and I told him to leave our house and never come back. Once he was out of the house, I immediately called the Hughes office to report him. The receptionist's response was, "That doesn't sound like Bryce." Bryce ended up with a verbal warning and scolding from the branch manager when he should have been fired. Please beware!

Second, I had a huge swarm of ants, so I called and yes it was after hours and left a message with the answering service. They never called back. I called Truly Nolan again, and finally got someone out to my house. I called and asked for a manager, and his best explanation of why they didn't call me was " I have no idea why I didn't see the message" I had some work done and they needed to come back and finish the job. I waited a couple of weeks.... Nothing. No call no follow up, no one scheduled the follow up. I finally texted my tech, he has no idea what happened and why the office didn't schedule the follow up. They now want to come when I'm unavailable and asked if they could just come in ( as in my house) while no one is home. Heck No!!!'
