Our gondolier carried everything out for us and was dressed in traditional Italian gondolier attire, which, along with the decorated boat, really added to the experience. We had plenty of time out on the water, were able to take some beautiful pictures, and really just enjoyed talking and taking everything in. Our gondolier didn't talk very much, but honestly, we were talking to each other the entire time, so it was perfect for us. The music and overall vibe were just right. After calling Cristina to confirm the reservation, I received a text with the same information, and to call if I had any questions. Information is easy to find either through the website or by phone. I booked a two hour excursion on their comfortable pontoon that seats 12, plus Josh, our amiable and entertaining captain. The location was easy to find, parking was plentiful for all of my friends. I loved that you were able to bring pets, and also food and drink (minus red wine- it stains)! Ice was available to purchase, and they were very accommodating if you needed to use the restroom before, during, or after the trip! Check-in and check-out was easy with Charzale's help. It was a fun surprise to be awarded co-captain's hats for mine and my friend's birthdays! We hooked up to the Bluetooth for some music. The tunes were alot louder towards the rear of the boat than at the bow because that's where the speakers were located. So if you wanted to have more conversation, either turn it down or move to the front :) Time flies when you're having fun, and it felt like minutes instead of hours. They were super responsive, and the day before our designated rides, they shared the driver's number for us to connect directly. Our driver down to Valle was named Elias and made the whole process so simple! He picked us right outside of where we came out after crossing the border. He was super friendly and wanted to make sure we were comfortable for the drive. He told us a little bit about Valle and how he's lived there for 25 years. On my way back, I had a different driver, who was Natalie. She was super nice and the ride back was so quick, probably because it was the morning and traffic wasn't too bad in Tijuana yet. She was helpful in directing me to find the line to cross the border. Without the direction from her, I would have definitely been confused. They made this whole process so seamless! They were on time and available for all the questions I had leading up to the rides as well. I will for sure use them in the future any time I'm traveling somewhere driving distance in Mexico!

Will actually told them, "We understand you're hot after coming up from the cave, but we're trying to air out the room and you're airing it with your sweaty bodies." I couldn't believe someone working in customer service would speak to paying customers that way. On top of that, Will was FaceTiming while working at the register. Between the personal FaceTime call, the rude comments to other guests, and the way he made me feel like an inconvenience, his behavior came across as incredibly unprofessional and unwelcoming.
