Not one person seemed annoyed and even engaged with him! It made me so happy to see people genuinely care for not only me. But took the time to interact with my son. I felt very well taken care of today and have been talking about it all day. Would recommend to anyone. They gave me shots and made sure to get me on track to getting better asap. I want to make it clear that the two female nurses who cared for my child were wonderful. They were kind, respectful, compassionate, and professional, and I genuinely appreciate the way they treated both me and my child. Unfortunately, my experience with the gentleman nurse who took over the shift was completely different. Rogelio was extremely rude, dismissive, and disrespectful toward me as a parent. I made a decision regarding a specific procedure for my child and clearly communicated that I did not consent to it. Rather than respectfully listening to my concerns and having a professional conversation with me, he became visibly frustrated and belittling toward my choices. I felt as though my concerns about my own child's health were being dismissed simply because I did not agree with him. There is a huge difference between educating a parent about a medical recommendation and making that parent feel talked down to or disrespected for having questions and making a decision. What made the situation even more frustrating was that his attitude changed only after I contacted my mother-in-law, who is a PA, and asked her to speak with him. Once another medical professional was involved in the conversation, his demeanor suddenly became much more respectful and cooperative. That honestly made the entire situation even more disappointing. I should not have needed to call another healthcare professional for my concerns to be taken seriously. Parents should feel comfortable advocating for their children without being belittled, intimidated, or treated as though their opinions don't matter. I was advocating for my child, and I expected to be treated with basic respect. I am grateful for the two female nurses who were genuinely kind and professional, but unfortunately, the experience with Rogelio completely overshadowed the positive care we received from them. I will not be returning my family to this clinic. I sincerely hope management takes this complaint seriously and addresses how parents are spoken to and treated when they have questions or make decisions regarding their child's care. No parent should have to feel disrespected or intimidated for advocating for their own child.

She was very upfront with the reason for her visit at the time of check-in and was charged $180 to be seen. They did NOTHING for her. She was told that they could not (or would not) write an order for a shoulder MRI. They suggested that she go to Direct Orthopedic Care instead. However, there was no refund of her payment. The front desk person should have been upfront that they do not do outside imaging referrals. Instead, they were too busy collecting her $180... Perhaps patient visits like this pay for the fancy lobby cappuccino machine? If you are experiencing any kind of muscular skeletal pain, don't bother wasting your time or money here...

Heard her speak on the phone to others and truly had no interest in being a helpful person. Appalled at the experience given we have paid the 206 every other time without incident.

When I asked if we could do an X-ray or MRI, he said no because "nothing is broken." Fast forward One weeks to a real doctor, and they found two masses--one on my spine and another on my kidney. I would have expected better treatment, especially since no one else was in the ER. Within 15 minutes, I was in and out, but they made sure to get payment before I could even step out of the ER. I've called the hospital several times to discuss the bill and my treatment, but no one will return my calls. I even contacted the Patient Advocate Department, and still, no response. The medical profession needs to do better. Listen to your patients. Don't just collect the co-pay and push them out the door. Filling a patient full of pain meds is not medical treatment!
