OMG!!! Never choosing CareNow for drug screening again, or even for ER situations. Front desk "girl" could use some extra training in customer service. The checking process is far too lengthy for a simple drug screen. but even for an ER visit. I can't imagine having to go through all that when you're feeling ill and having to deal with someone who is less than happy to be at their job. Although tech guy was chipper and friendly and professional. I highly recommend the actual Quest Diagnostics locations for drug screening instead. read more

I went here feeling sick with congestion and a nasty cough, they didn't test me for anything all they did was ask to go a chest xray and a breathing treatment. I payed $180 to get seen for them to not even run one test. And on top of that one of the male nurses what extremely disrespectful to me which caught me off guard because I was being extremely nice. My wife was seen for a terrible cough and congestion. The front desk was apparently at lunch when we arrived (at our appointment time) we sat there for over 30 minutes until she enjoyed her lunch. When she did get back to work, it was like she was put out to have to do her job and check us in. When we saw the nurse practitioner, she was almost trying to rush us out as if she had better places to be. The X-ray tech actually scolded my wife like a 5 year old for not removing her sports bra and let her know that she just has a cough. Fast forward 12 hours and now just a cough has brown and green phlegm and a constant persistent deep cough. I would NOT recommend this facility to anyone who needs care for themselves or their loved ones. read more

This place won't take you with out a gov ID. Even if I have insurance that is in their net work. Just a little blood. But really scary. I fell and ripped my arm. So if you have areal emergency dont come here you WILL be sent away bleeding. My insurance had sent me to this clinic after i fell on a nail. I don't think I even had shoes or house keys. My friend drove me. I waisted valuable time going there to be turned away in an emergency situation. If you have a sniffle go here. If you are hurt go to the hospital. These are drive in health care. I went to this clinic for a Covid test because all the local pharmacies were booked. CareNow requires you to see a physician so they can charge you for an exam. At day 6 and multiple calls they finally let me talk to DePaul, very nice man who is in charge of the testing. He agrees to call the lab. Guess what....lab never got my test!!! I Lost a lot of money due to extra days of unnecessary lost wages. Finally got in to another clinic and tested negative. I asked for a refund since I never received my results. They said I would have to call my insurance company. I asked for something in writing so I had proof and they refused.. So now I am left to that battle. Otherwise, clean clinic. The PA who I saw was very nice. The girl at the front desk seemed to be overworked but was polite. read more

Actual visit was fine but I came here on 7/29/22 and they billed my insurance, I paid my copay, all was good. A few months later they fraudulently billed my other insurance for the same visit despite it being fully covered already, which as a result took money from my HSA which should have never been taken. They are horrible to work with over the phone as I am still working on getting a $54 refund almost 8 months later and probably won't get it before the anniversary of my visit. The front desk clerk and Nurse were friendly and very efficient. Astrid(Nurse) was super friendly and knowledgeable.

I had to go in on Sunday with flu like symptoms and cough. They took chest xray to make sure it was not pneumonia and it wasn't. No flu test. Doctor told me that he didn't believe in antibiotics for bronchitis that I should fight it myself and if I didn't feel better to go back to my family doctor. He prescribed me some cough medicine that I mentioned that has never helped me. He mentioned that it's was he took at home and any cough medicine worked as good as tea and honey Since I have health insurance I had to pay $330 because I had not met deductible. Tuesday I had to go to my family doctor because I was still feeling horrible, to find out that I had the flu and bronchitis. I'll never go back to any Care Now and will make sure to tell everyone I can about my disappointing experience. read more

This was the single worst Urgent Care visit I have ever had. I called at 8am to make an appointment at the Keller location for 1pm. I arrived at 1pm and sat in a nearly empty waiting room with 3 other people for 3 hours. One man even left because he was done waiting. They charged me $180 before I even got in to see anyone. I went up to the desk to inquire what was going on because none of us had been helped and nobody had even gone in or out of the back and they said they are busy. I went in for a UTI and went in having to pee since I knew I would have to give a urine sample. After an hour of waiting, I asked if I could at least pee in the cup because I couldn't hold it any longer, which they obliged. When I went in the back I expected to see or hear people working but everyone was just lounging around and didn't seem busy at all, I didn't see a single door closed or patient in the back. I went back to the waiting room and waited for another hour and a half when they finally called me and I saw the doctor she told me to go pee in a cup which I told her I already had and she was surprised, it was just sitting there and nobody had tested it yet. So I waited another half hour for them to test it and they didn't find traces of a UTI so they said they would send it to a lab. It is now two weeks later and they finally called me to tell me that they had LOST my urine sample and it never made it to the lab. What an utter waste of my time and $180. I want my money back. read more

I waited for 1.5 hours! I waited in the lobby for a while and noticed the nurses and doctor just chatting away. Why is this place called Care "Now"? It should be called Care "Later" or Care "After I'm done talking with my coworkers" or even Care "after 1.5 hours". I was walking out of the room because I had to go, I was already waiting over an hour and that's when the doctor decided to come and see me. Who knows how much longer I would've waited. I called back for a question about what they had perscibed me and the person who answered the phone suggested I ask the pharmacy. If I'm unable to take the perscribed drug, the pharmacy can't write a different perscription for me. I was literally just there, I then asked why I couldn't speak to a nurse or the doctor, only then did she transfer my call. I got a voicemail and left a message, let's see how long that'll take. Btw their reviews are high because the past reviews are for medspring, an urgent care facility that used to be in the same location. read more

I did a web check in on Saturday morning for 8am, after waiting for over an hour, and not hearing from them I decided to run an errand. While I was out they called me, but I wasn't able to answer the call. They did call two more times that day, but I missed those calls as well. On Sunday I did another web check in for 10am, and did not hear from them at all. I appreciated their efforts on Saturday, but not hearing from them on Sunday is unacceptable. I'll never try this location again, and I advise against doing the web check in, go in person. read more

We walked into this establishment with my father, who is 78 years old, with dangerously low blood pressure. The lobby was completely empty and the receptionist was utterly focused on her computer. She barely acknowledged us and pointed us to the chairs and whispered that her computer was down. That was the only time she directed herself to us, the nurses in the office saw us also but never came out. We waited there for almost ten minutes while my father sat, paled faced, shallow breathing, eyes closed and not talking. We finally left while no one in the office moved a finger to fulfill their basic duties as Urgent Care and rushed my father to MD FIRST WATCH on 310 Keller Pkwy. I visited Med Springs in Keller this morning! What a great experience! The receptionist was friendly, efficient and professional. I was seen quickly and the nurse was amazing! Quick, friendly, professional- what more could you ask for! My doctor, Luke Kehres, was very attentive to my needs of a sinus infection! I was on my way with the correct meds to have me feeling better within 12 hours! Just what "the doctor ordered" I am one proud patient and fan of Med Springs! read more

Every time we come they are hardly crowded. That's reason enough to come here. And always very clean. I wish they wouldn't have iPads for check in because that's pretty gross in this setting, but oh well. The only reason i can't give it five stars is because of LePaul, their front desk person, and possibly a nurse?? He is not good with little kids (what medical professional loudly announces they're about to stick something in a toddlers ear?!) and is less than professional as a receptionist/first impression person. We were impressed, we have used urgent cares in the past and what a grand experience it was to be treat as a customer and appreciate for the visit. We started out going to the more well-known clinic just blocks down the road - we wasn't able to check in online but it wouldn't have mattered it was 2.5 hour wait there or at the house - we called MedSpring while in lobby and asked about their wait time they said they get us right back to see Dr. after doing the forms..YAYYYY.. We in,treated,pickuped Meds within and hour the lobby was clean with cold and hot drinks the staff was pleasant, professional and the charge with our insurance was actually less than the other place we went before.. It's not been open very long now but I am sure their business will grow and the wait times will increase some - but in my opinion it's miles ahead of the competition read more

I checked in online the night before. I get a call at 7:38am saying they need to complete my check in and to call back. I called them back at 7:39 am and the phones said I needed to call them back at 8am. I keep calling, and made no head way. Finally at 8am they answer the phone, tell me to come in at 8:30. I get there and the poor front desk lady was all alone, answering phones, checking patients in and out. I was there for an HOUR and only one person came out of the rooms and they called back one person. They tell me I to go to another clinic about 20 minutes because there is no wait. I asked if I would be seen right away, they said yes. So I drive over to the other clinic, and I was not seen right away. I had to push to be seen for about 15 minutes. TLDR; severely understaffed, checked in online & told to come in, and wasn't even seen after an hour wait. read more

This place was so fast and fantastic right in the middle of flu season. We had spent 3 days in hospital fighting flu with my daughter where I picked up strep. I needed to get on some antibiotics fast so I didn't pass it onto my daughter and this location was very fast and efficient. I was checked in and back in my car in 50 minutes. The PA was very kind, and the guy who had to give me a shot was also very kind and funny. The waiting room is bright and clean, with a tv in a little play area for children, and then the actual patient room has a couch and tv with cable, where you are made comfortable until you are seen. There is also a small table/chair and some coloring pages for kids. read more

Don't go here! I saw Dr. Jafri for a broken finger. She said that I didn't need an X-ray because I had a serious infection not a broken finger. She said X-rays were a waste of time and no sense having the extra exposure to radiation. So I trusted her and went on the antibiotic she recommended, but of course they did no good just made my stomach ache. By the time I finally went to a competent Dr. my finger had set in a "stair" step position. Medspring said that Dr. Jafri no longer worked there and would not offer me any help. Lisa at the front desk was so attentive to all the needs of the people that came in an made sure everything was efficiently done. She worked with me to look up my info and make me work as little as possible while not feeling great. Christiana, the nurse, was super kind and had an ease about her. This is a current update to my 7/7/18 Medspring review concerning billing issues. I contacted Medspring again, for the fourth time, concerning this billing issue and with regard to the most recent situation of them 'billing' my credit card the $90 without my agreement or authorization. Escalated it to a manager's attention and he instructed the agent to issue a refund of the $90 back to my card and they would then escalate it even further up the chain to 'Re-submit' the bill to my insurance company - WHICH I had been told three times already that was done, it apparently wasn't. So now once again I am in waiting game - Hoping that this last phone call will Maybe find a final resolution to the fact that I do Not owe them Anything ...I will check to see if in fact the $90 Refund hits my card company which they said would take 24 - 48 hours. IF this becomes 'Finally' resolved - in the fact that they Confirm, in writing, that I do not owe Anything - THEN, and only then, I will 'Remove' this And my original Review. If they do that, then it will be removed. ...the ball is again in their court, as it has always been. Hopefully they will finally follow-thru with a complete resolution. Update as of today after discussions - Medspring Urgent Care billing department has refunded the referenced charges made to my credit card and are refiling. Hopefully the escalation and their resubmittal of charges to insurance will result in a final positive outcome to all of this. They Are making an effort and working on it. These people are wonderful. I had a terrible experience at CareNow down the street having waited over an hour inside the doctor's room without seeing a doctor, so I went down the street here. I arrived 2 minutes before they closed, but Amy, Christiana, and Meagan welcomed me and made me feel like the genuinely cared about me. Recently took the wife here for a respiratory issue. The property was clean and tidy. The man handling the check in was professional, friendly and efficient. The medical staff were of the same caliber. They were knowledgeable and approachable. They made exacting evaluations developed a diagnosis and presented courses of action and kept the patient and me involved in the process. This is the first time I try CareNow in Keller and their service completely disappointed me. I've got the Covid-19 test in Friday Nov 20th and they promised that they would call me for the test result within 3 business days. They never called. I kept calling the office many times but all what I got was just the promise they would give me the test result soon. After more than a week i finally could talk to the manager and found out that they lost my test result (???) and told me need to do the retest. This really shocked me but I had no choice so I had to took the test again. They promised that they would call me in 2 business days for the result. There is still no call this time(?????). After several calls, finally I got my result today. It took me 2 weeks to get the covid-19 test result. I was lucky that it was negative. If I was infected with the virus, I might die by the time I got the result. This is the worst, irresponsible health care service I've ever had in my life. Be cautious if you go to CareNow at 104 S Main in Keller for a COVID-19 test. I was tested on Monday, November 23. I was called on Friday, November 27 and told it was negative. At 2:30pm on Monday, November 30 I was called and informed that they never received my test results because they LOST MY SAMPLE. I went out into public AFTER being told I was negative.
