Time management definitely needs to be addressed in next meeting for patient satisfaction. I shouldve read the reviews first prior to scheduling. Overall, ok experience.

A couple days later, i had an appointment! Let me say this here because it's useful later, I'm a damn minor!! I went because I had a problem and they took tests only to misdiagnosis me and give me the complete wrong prescription! I went to the hospital a few days after that and they took the same test total care took, found the issue and said that they lied about the prescription that was being given to me, and that it wasn't helping to problem that was found in the test results. I GOT the RIGHT prescription through the hospital, and now I'm calling for a refund since I've paid cash and to talk to an administrator about the issue. You wouldn't believe how many times I've called LOL! they can never seem to get ahold of their boss or even give me the time of day to hold a conversation without me getting cut off. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I do not recommend this damn clinic if my life depended on it.

I, being in total shock, got back up and started skateboarding again like nothing ever happened..... there was instant pain but I never thought there was anything wrong. As the days go on, the pain is getting unbearable, it hurts to write, move, it's a sharp pain that goes up and down my ENTIRE ARM. I decided to set up an appointment, to have an X-ray done, at Baylor hospital but they weren't nice AT ALL, super short and rude. So, I gave it one more day..... and with that said, that one day was ENOUGH. I was driving down the freeway and I see 'TRUSTED ER' with a NOW OPEN sign, I look down at my arm and with the horrible sharp pain, decided to call. I wanted to be sure there wasn't a protocol to follow. (I myself work for a clinic and didn't want to disrespect the rules.) Calling them was like talking to your long time friend, by the way there are no rules (other than Covid protocol) JUST WALK ON IN PEOPLE! :) They welcome EVERYONE! Once I made it there, I thought I was I was getting a room key, to enjoy my stay at the "TrustedER Hilton" Lol It is BEAUTIFUL, IMMACULATELY CLEAN, made me feel at home and no panic attack here! As soon as I walked in, I was greeted with a smile by the front desk receptionist, who was extremely polite, professional, and very helpful. I have NEVER been to a hospital that treats you like they actually care about you as a human being. With that said, I WILL NEVER GO TO A CARE NOW AGAIN, worst experiences of my LIFE!! Here's a BIG THANK YOU to Trusted+ER, the front desk receptionist, the nurses, the doctor, X-ray techs the janitors (if any), ALL TRUSTED+ER EMPLOYEES, and Michael at check out! YOU ARE ALL AMAZING! My daughter even asked if she could be dropped off just to hangout with everyone, because they were all so nice to her while she waited for me to have my arm checked out. To end my story on 2 great notes, my arm is only sprained, no fracture or broken bones! Yeay! I'm still in awe with how wonderful everyone was to us, and how beautifully cleaned everything is. I was given a sling that helps so much with the pain and to keep it still. I was also given a backpack, with an awesome shirt that I'm wearing in my picture and some goodies to go! THANK YOU AGAIN!!!

I explained how that for over a year I was told that law enforcement and other public officials were given no co-pay but that they recently took this away. I was told that under no circumstance would this ever happen at TCT and given a number of ways that Low T center has lied and cheated clients. Last week I was told that all clients were now going to have to pay this deductible even though they had promised otherwise. When I questioned this decision they said that they could lose reimbursement rights from insurance providers by not charging this. I actually called my insurance company and they laughed out loud. They stated that they could care less about the co-pay and have no way of knowing which partner gives its clients zero co-pay. They stated a number of physicians generally practice this with veterans and such and again, unless it was a complaint, no one would know. I would tell you to also reach out to your provider and ask them. My wife, who works at Texas Health and stated that hospitals will wave certain fees, but it doesn't affect the reimbursement. TCT has been honest up until now, as far as I know but this is a complete joke and I do not trust anyone who works with this company. To tell such a bald face lie is a show of character. Do not waste your money and or time with this company. I would rather pay the entire co-pay with a company that is honest, then to waste my time with a scamming, non-truthful organization.

Came here to see if they could do anything for me. My previous doctors all avoided hormone therapy and I was never feeling better after seeing them. They just kept giving me meds and trying to send me to a psychologist. After running tests, I found out that my testosterone has dropped significantly below where I should be at for age 36. They were very informative and thorough. They made sure you understand what the process is to regain you life back with hormone therapy. We took it slow and found the right amount to regain control over my life. I never knew some such as this could have this big of affect on my normal routine, relationships and my work. I couldn't be happier. I'm back in the gym full time, starting my own companies as I am now more focused and motivated, I sleep better and my wife is overly satisfied. Hell, she is getting shots too cause hers is low and she wants to keep up with me. They make sure you have zero to little side effects and the blood test for EVERYTHING to ensure nothing else is the cause of low T or the symptoms you are dealing with. Every week you are evaluated so they can give you the best care possible. Ever doctor and NP is well trained, versed in their field and humorous to boot. Nurses are kind and on top of their game. My question to you is, what do you have to lose?
