On the way home it was so bad we pulled over to call them thinking they are going to say bring him back in and let us take a look or make sure, but no they were dismissive and didn't even offer that. In my opinion the PA was too rough or went too deep in his ear. At minimum they could have offered to take a look after paying a copay that we are never charged at other clinics, but now it looks like it will end up being an ER trip. In the future we will avoid this place like the plague and I suggest you do the same. I guess the next step will be filing complaints with state boards and other sites where these people fish for reviews.

They are NOT and 'in-network' provider, meaning you will get charged for services that would be 100% covered at a different urgent care. They willingly deceive by stating they are 'tricare certified'. Bottom-line- do not come here they wantonly prey on vulnerable (injured or sick) military by being deceitful. Better believe I have learned my lesson and will check with Humana or other Tricare contractor in the future before receiving care- this place got the best of me in a vulnerable moment. I needed Bloodwork and sonogram and what hospital do you want to go to? I said No I'm not going anywhere but back to my BMW! I was made to sign a waiver refusing transport to hospital. They told me that they couldn't see me because they were at capacity. I look around and there is a mother and her son sitting in the waiting room. I ask how they are at capacity and the lady at the front desk tells me that they have 5 or 6 people waiting in rooms. I let the lady know that I will wait until 7 and if the doctor can see me then great but if not then fine but I'm willing to wait. She wouldn't allow me to do this. She told me that if they couldn't let people in otherwise they would be here all night. I asked her why the sign said open until 7 if they are turning away patients at 6. She told me that she isn't turning me away that I can come back tmrw. Really? No thank you and I don't ever plan on going back. You get into healthcare to help people and you understand that sometimes you may have to work a bit longer. You take all the good and bad that comes with it, not only the times that you feel like doing it. The thing is, I already told the lady what was wrong with me and that I just needed a prescription wrote. Taking my business elsewhere
