Went in into the location in Cibolo for a cut that got infected on 8/19/2024. Paid the co-pay of $40.00 and saw the Dr. He stated for me to return a week later to see the results. Returned a wek later and cut looked fine. On 9/19 got a bill for $40.00 for the second office visit. I asked about that and ws NEVER told that I had to pay. Th Dr NEVER said I had to pay for another office visit. I called the office and found that when you sign in on the electronic screen, you consent to have the company take out up to $125.00. I called billing and was toldd NOT to pay the bill as there was a charging error. I called and spoke to an employee and was told I had a case and it was a charging error and she was gong to submit a complaint. Got a letter from the company that didn't address my issue and was going to keep the $40.00. Stay away from this company. read more

I just went there today for a sinus infection driving an hour to get there. Waited an hour for the receptionist to tell me she can't validate my insurance and I would have to pay out of pocket. I have been here many times with the same insurance which is Veterans Affairs insurance called Tricare. They verified my insurance for those visits but now they can't and don't have it on record? Checked in online and arrived 5 minutes prior to the visit time. Still ended up waiting over 30 minutes and there was no one else sitting in the waiting room. Two days later and I still feel the same. Was only given ibuprofen and tamiflu for the flu. I probably needed more medicine based on my symptoms I didn't even get to finish telling the doctor about cause she walked away and never came back. Never going to this location again. read more

I completed the online check-in this morning and received this text of successful check-in, stating I'd be notified when a room was available. I called after a few hours, surprised about the wait, to ask my place in the queue. I was told by the girl at the front desk that she cancelled my appointment because I didn't show up. I told her, as the text shows, that I was never notified of any appointment, either by text or phone call. She said I could come in as a walk-in, but it would be at least an hour wait. I was seen at CareNow recently for a UTI. The PA prescribed me antibiotics and I was told they would be sending it out for a culture, and she would call with the results in 3-5 days. While checking out, I was called back to the back because the MA Brenda Martinez forgot to take my vitals and history because she was too busy commenting on my eyelashes. I never got a call with my results, after 7 days, I called them and asked for my results. I was told a provider would call me back. I have called every day and told that I'm in que for a call back. No one has ever called me back. I know it was never sent out for a culture! If you're looking for test results go somewhere else! read more

They lack compassion and knowledge. The PA knew nothing at all. He basically advised us to go see our family doctor - REALLY???!!!! This is horrible and unacceptable. The coolest thing about this clinic is that you can download their app, and check in as soon as something happens to ensure that there's minimal wait time once you arrive. The staff is all very friendly, and well organized. There are a whole lot of exam rooms here, so they're able to see a lot of people quickly. Parking is easy with a dedicated lot. Each exam room is equipped with a television set, so you can take your mind off of getting jabbed in the arm during your flu shot, or getting your broken arm put in a sling. In all, I hope I don't have to visit this place too frequently, but being as accident prone as I am, I know that future visits will be painless! read more

Took my son in because he had 102 fever, cough and congestion. I knew something was wrong. Dr spent 3min in the room, glanced at my son deemed him perfectly fine and no fever at all. Wound up in the ER an hour later with my son because I WAS RIGHT about something being wrong. He had 103 fever and was lethargic. We were released when his fever was manageable and told he had a respiratory infection. I was charged $75 for my copay at the urgent care and received horrible health care and the DR AND the front desk person had the nerve to say I was wrong, my son wasn't running fever and nothing was the matter with him. I was here last week and everyone was professional. Booked ahead on line got there and within 10 min in a room. Was out in 15 min but todays visit began the same way as I booked on line. Received a text that they were ready for me. I get there waited 20-30 min before getting into a room and told one other person in front of me. I'm not sure if he was having a bad day or not but I felt uncomfortable. I live in stone oak and I was surprised that he was not friendlier especially since there were only like 2 patients. This was my 1st time visiting and my last. Please let your staff know that if they want patients to return they could be a little friendlier. We have had to go to and urgent care twice this month for our 2 year old. Both times we saw Dr.Levcovitz and absolutely loved him! He was wonder with our little boy, no tears through his whole exam! He talks TO the kiddo, making them feel safe and trusting towards him. I came in with my 8 year old daughter that was ultimately diagnosed with a broken foot. I was sent home with no crutches having to carry her out on my back and go hunting for crutches because whoever is responsible for ordering crutches did not think that it was necessary to have that size.
