Every staff member treats your loved one like family, shows respect towards them and even tries to pair other residents with similar interests as them. I still I got a Chinese medicine consultation and shiatsu massage. I love the office and rooms. It's very warm and relaxing and surprisingly quiet for being on the strip in Northampton. It was partly this peaceful environment and partly Jennifer's gentle manner that had me totally calm and relaxed in minutes. I had never had shiatsu before and I have to tell you.. Try shiatsu some time in your life! It's not just a normal massage feeling. It's transformative. I felt it in my whole body. It wasn't just about an isolated region she was manipulating at the moment, there was a greater purpose to every piece of the treatment. After my Chinese medicine session, I took a nap.
