The service is great and efficient. But if I have to continue to listen to the girls at the desk talk about their sex lives I may scream!

Came in for a drug test and it was a very easy process. I was in and out within 15 minutes and I have no complaints.

When I feel yechy for more than a day, I seek medical help. I learned my lesson when what I…read morethought was a cold, ended up being pneumonia. Without a doctor in PA -- and one I'm not jumping for joy about in FL -- I pulled up urgent care facilities. Main Line seemed the most reputable. Plus it's close. I was very pleased with care rendered and the personnel I dealt with. The receptionist was polite, the nurse professional, the doctor competent and pleasant. My questions were patiently answered, and I left with a gameplan. The reality is, with a practice based primarily on walk-ins, you'll likely have to wait. Expect it! I told the nurse about my history with pneumonia. (I actually had it twice.) Without question, the x-ray tech came for me and took two images, which were read before I met with the doctor. The facility is hooked up to Epic, which is important. They were able to see my medical history, prescriptions, etc. When I got home I received a link inviting me to sign up for My Chart -- also important for continuity of care. The facility has what you need, decent hours AND there's a big parking lot in the back, which I see is a big deal in Philadelphia.

I give the place two stars because the staff is generally friendly. I see a lot complaints about…read morethe front desk girl but she's always been professional with me. My issue is they only seem to test for Covid. Once that test comes back negative the nurse practitioner tells you some dismissive catch all nonsense and sends you on your way. Last time she did that I ended up having Pneumonia. Place is a glorified Covid rapid test center. If all you need a Covid test and bullshit doctors note for work this is the place for you.

I don't know how to feel about this office. There are some people there who go above and beyond to…read morehelp find appointments and make sure that you can get seen by a doctor, even if you're as annoying of a patient as I am. That being said, I don't know how I feel about how worn out the doctors may be. I love my doctor and I've had him for 13 years. He was a part of the Crozer system Which obviously got shut down very quickly and then he came to Mainline Health. A lot of of us had trouble getting our records back from the company that bankrupted Crozer although it seemed that they maintained some of my records, at least for medications, because someone read them out to me on the phone once and I know they weren't guessing because there were so many. Because I have complicated health problems and cannot always make it in when I want to, I got told that the next appointment that was available with my doctor - because I was a new patient (which is vaguely disconcerting) - was not until 2028. At the time by law, this doctor was supposed to be talking to me every six weeks. I don't see how the bottom can hold in a situation like that, but it was pleasant enough when I went there. I'm hoping that they take a bit off the of the doctors. I don't know if they have quotas or not, but it seems like if you can't get in to see a doctor for two years that that is an administrative problem. That being said like I said earlier, the people that work there I've had nothing but good conversations with and they have been nothing but patient with me and I'm just kind of waiting to see how it plays out. Their portal is probably the most frustrating thing I have ever dealt with besides trying to get through a human being from a customer service prospective or getting a pinky on the fourth fret when you have 13-year-old girl hands and are learning to play guitar. I haven't been to anybody but my primary care physician yet but I do have to see a few specialist and get an MRI so this review is subject to change based on those experiences.

I first went into this clinic on a referral to get a test performed, and was so struck with the…read morequality of care and service that I changed my family's primary physician to the Family Care here. In just a few years, however, Crozer Keystone at Broomall has been transformed to one of the worst caregivers. I have done some background reading on the company and also spoken with a number of employees at this facility, so what I am writing here is not just based on my personal opinion. Things slowly started to change after they were bought out by the for-profit Prospect Medical Holdings, and have steadily gotten worse and worse. First, even though the number of patients increased, the corporate office refused to hire sufficient staff. As a patient, this meant that it became more and more difficult to schedule an appointment. Next, Prospect subcontracted Crozer Keystone's billing to another company. I noticed the difference immediately because there were a number of billing errors they made with our account, and it was extremely difficult to resolve the issues. For example, the subcontracted company coded one of the procedures we received wrong, and we were sent a bill for a few hundred dollars. I literally had to make nearly 30 phone calls and three months to resolve the error. On top of this, the customer service reps at the billing company are extremely rude and unhelpful. The final straw, however, came a few weeks ago. The two main reasons that my family kept this location as our PCP was due to two people: Jenelle in reception and the caregiver Stephanie Mostone. I called to try to make an appointment for my son at 8:15, 8:35, and 9:10 a.m. Instead of reaching a receptionist, every phone call immediately went to the clinic's answering service. I tried calling the main desk of this huge clinic, and was told by the hapless young man working there that he could do nothing to help. I called their corporate office, only to be told that my only option was to leave a message for their "customer complaint" department. Finally, a day later, the new, and frankly, quite incompetent, office manager, Tony, called to say that many of their staff had quit, including Jenelle and Stephanie. When asked how long their staffing difficulties would last, he told me that they were just now advertising for new candidates, and they should be trained in a month or so. Yes, you read that right. Ultimately, this is a case study in the failure of corporate medicine to treat Americans. I am lucky to have good insurance, but through them, my family and I have truly spent tens of thousands of dollars at this clinic. In spite of the enormous profits that Prospect Medical has made (over $1 billion annually), they give nothing but short shrift to the very people they have pledged to help. If you are looking for quality care, avoid any medical facility run by this corporate giant.

Intake staff asked what the issue was and said she'd check but they might not take anyone else. She had us wait 5 minutes, then returned to say they would take us. Another 5min later another family came in and intake turned them away. Ten minutes after that, intake woman came out to tell us that, just kidding, they really aren't going to take us, and after wasting 20minutes of URGENTLY NEEDED CARE TIME, they were sending us away! Wow! At least crappy IM Health urgent care, who also closes ridiculously early, locks their doors to not waste anyone's time, and if they take you they take you! Was this a hospital emergency? Not dire, but it was a cut in possible need of stitches due to size and it not being able to close on its own. Not something you should eff around with and waste a family's time. Hope these clowns get the same bad service wherever they go!

With my eyes closed shut, Dr Cohen removed both moles and sent them for a biopsy. Even though I followed every direction on how to clean my biopsy sites, it was two days later I started to have severe pain on my abdomen (one of my excision sites). I was unable to bend over or have anyone touch anywhere near my stomach. The next day (day 3 post exc), while the wound was covered, I noticed a three inch red ring forming and the pain became unbearable. I called their office, which was unavailable nor could I leave a message. I dialed their emergency pager and it was out of service. I was terrified and immediately went to an urgent care office. They cultured my wound but it was very clear to the Dr that it was at least a MRSA infection, if not more. I had a fever, had to miss my next day of work and was given two antibiotics to take and directions to clean and disinfect my whole house, my clothes, my bedding, everything. I called Dr Cohen's office (Family Derm of Havertown) the following business day, told them of my problems and the infection and the only thing I was told is that they would notify the Dr. Not a "how are u feeling" "is there something we can do".. Nothing. I received no phone call in return. I emailed the head office of Family Dermatology, no response. I received a phone call from the urgent care center a few days later that my culture showed MRSA and pseudomonas and if my antibiotics were not working I would need to go to the hospital. Another few days passed and I received a phone call from the dermatology office and they read my results and asked me when I wanted to schedule my next appointment. The woman on the phone had no idea who I was, what I called to complain about a few days prior. UNBELIEVABLE!!! I am in shock of how little this office and Dr Cohen could care about what happened to me, even sent me a bill for the little amount my insurance did not pay. I will never go to another Family Dermatology office again and if I could help it, I would stop everyone from going to Dr Cohen.
