I saw that the yelp review average for this place is low. Don't be scared off by that. After the appointment, I was prompted to leave a google review. If you head over to google, you will see that they have a 4.7 star rating with 949 reviews as of 12/18/24. That is abnormally high for any urgent care! So, do yourself a favor and stop clicking on other options and just book an appointment. They are great on the phone if you call for an appointment as well.

I already knew that I called the right place when I was making the appointment. Vanessa asked lots of questions and was clearly extremely knowledgeable which immediately helped calm my nerves AND she was able to come out the same day! She arrived on time, was caring, professional and provided SO much more than just the much needed IV fluids. She did an examination, gave advice on medications to use in addition to the antibiotics she had gotten from a doctor earlier in the week, and in my opinion, gave a much more thorough explanation of what all was going on with her body and immune system. I'm so grateful we found Wellness First and I will highly recommend to anyone.
