Do not go to this or any other BSA urgent care centers. The name in itself is misleading. These urgent care centers are NOT owned by the BSA hospital (except the one on 45th abs Bell) I went to have a COVID test. No questionaire on COVID19 symptoms. Only a survey on allergies. If I answered yes to a number of questions - they try to sell you allergy testing On the phone I was told they give rapid COVID tests And maybe they will - after they have you go thru a complete Dr visit No COVID safe guards no COVID questions I will not ever do anything with BSA hospital since they sell their name to corporate greedy little businesses read more

Amarillo has just elevated it's Covid-19 precautionary level and began recommending masks when indoors and social distancing for sick and unvaccinated people. This place doesn't insist on the sick people coming in coughing and complaining of symptoms to wear masks completely and/or cover their entire faces. Employees are split some wearing masks and some not. Absolutely no regard to protecting me or other at Risk patients. Polio chickenpox the flu all of these things require precautions when you are a healthcare worker concerned about your patience. Why does BSA not care about anything but my co-pay? read more

Horrible service! nuff said. I'll elaborate. showed up at 1230ish as a walk in. At the desk the receptionist was nice. I asked to walk in and she looked as if I was not going to be able to get seen. She proceeded to tell me she had an appointment time for 1515 to 1530. I agreed and waited. I walked back in at five minutes prior to allotted time. Didn't get seen until 1604. The nurses are just hanging out talking in the nurses hub. I just need to figure out if I have Covid or some other winter sickness. read more

Extremely frustrated with this location. I went her for a simple uncomplicated thumb laceration. After the procedure was complete, i paid with a Credit Card. Done... you would think. I'm now getting a bill from them for 300$. No one can tell me why when I call, and they just keep sending me this bill threatening to send me to collections. And trying to get someone on the phone to call me back to discuss this has been quite the undertaking. I call and speak with someone on the phone, and they can't seem to explain why I'm getting billed just that I need to pay it. After multiple attempts, I'm still dealing with this issue. read more

I've been here a couple of times and always had a good experience. Everything was easy and efficient. This last time I made my appointment online. They took all my information on the phone while I was outside in the car. They called us in when it was time (because the online form allowed me to schedule for two in the same room. And both me and my husband were sick) We both had tests done and received shots and the nurse was a great shot-giver!! Great hours, great service and my go to place! read more

THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! I had made an appointment for my 84 year old mother on September 20 for 4pm in order to get her prescriptions filled which were going to be out that day.THE NURSE AT THE DESK THAT ANSWERED THE PHONE TOLD ME 4pm.... We get there at 3:50pm and signed in, the nurse at the desk told me and my mother that the appointment was at 3pm not 4 and that we would need to make another appointment, I told her the appointment THAT THEY TOLD ME WAS FOR 4pm so she leaves, comes back and said the doctor ( DOCTOR COX) said we missed the appointment to make another appointment, I again told her we were told to be there at 4pm, WHY WOULD I DELIBERATELY MISS AN APPOINTMENT THAT MY MOTHER NEEDED TO GET HER PRECIPITATIONS FILLED????? she leaves and comes back with a different nurse that was VERY RUDE AND NASTY that told us that it was our fault that we missed the appointment and to make another appointment or LEAVE. So basicly they all decided including the doctor that they were going to stick with their LIES that we were the ones at fault not them.... IF YOU WANT TO TAKE A CHANCE ON THIS PLACE MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR APPOINTMENT RECORDED OR IN WRITING SO THEY CAN'T BACK OUT OF IT LIKE THEY DID MY MOTHER AND ME.... THEIR ALL USELESS!!! read more
